LOL ... that was a concept I had a while back. I called the gargoyle, and it was based on the Griffin.
I want one. Now.

That heavy weapon will likely replace the thunder if it goes live.

"Heavy"? Realy? 40 km/h maximum speed+jump with lesser cooldown than a Griffin?

I am under impression that Pixx is going to redesign robot classes altogether. Rog's health is in "heavy" territory with it's 150K health (compared to Griff's 158), but minus 2 light slots; Kumiho wields 2xMedium, which makes it's firepower more like current "medium bot" Haechi and Bulgasari are variations of Fujin in terms of firepower\speed, but one is Ancile and another Ecu.
And Descent is same HP as Rog.
So I am thinking that robots HP would be roughly the same, and main difference would be in weapons\running speed.

Hope the flamethrower only does that damage point blank, and tapers off with distance like the scourge. Too powerful otherwise if it ignores all shield types...

My guess is that the devs decided that Griffs are getting too OP, after all, they're the only silver bot you can cram your hangar with and still be successful. Descent is probably made just to grab some Griffin users, after all there are way too many of them. I guess you could say,

That heavy weapon will likely replace the thunder if it goes live. Possibly not, I'm too lazy to make a chart, so let me just explain it. The Flamethrower does 5k DPS, at point blank (~200 meters), and has to reload completely every 10 seconds. Thunder, does 13k DPS, at point blank(er) (~100), but never really has to reload, it just cuts the DPS in half after all ammo is used (slowed firing time). So that means, the Thunder does much more damage, but is way less versatile than Flamethrower, but then again, Flamethrower doesn't have the ability to break anciles quickly for RDB, DB teammates to be able to fire. I think the better option (considering cost-effectiveness), They fall at about even, but IMHO, I'm probably going to buy Flamethrower just to yell BURN!!! at everyone.

From watching the videos so far it seems like the bot doesn't stay in stealth after it lands, is that just me or did it not work when pix tried to add it?
It said that it's supposed to stay in stealth after it lands for 5 seconds.

I thought is said 5 seconds after you land, and the idea was to be able to stay hidden and deal hella damage. You're probably right though, it may have been there to lose Sniper Weapons and tracking rockets.

You're probably right though, it may have been there to lose Sniper Weapons and tracking rockets. It begins the moment you hit the jump button, and last until 5 seconds after landing. That's how I understand the description. It allows you safety from targeting while in the air, and gives you some time after landing to unload without being taken out. This way you can jump into a situation where you're outnumbered, and still possibly be the last standing.

Correct. Stealth lasts the 5 sec. in the air and 5 sec. after landing

Correct. Stealth lasts the 5 sec. in the air and 5 sec. after landing That's not what I'm seeing in videos like this one Goto 15 minutes and they jump like a Cossack, very little landing time and it's the only time they can be targeted.

Ok, i see that now. Thats probably a developer test server play, not the scenario implemented on this test server.

Hmmm, there must be a glitch, I'm getting the stealth only in the air. I thought it would have stealth when it landed.
The new heavy is meh - it takes too long to get damage in or a single weapon. Thus flamethrower need more work, as I don't see the damage registering fir the amount of damage it is supposed to be dishing out. I'm not liking it with Orkans, as it seems the targeting for the flamethrower has to dead on compared to the lead you must usecon the Orkan. Tarans work well - better than the Scurge IMO.
Overall, I like the IDEA of the new heavy, as I already have the weapons for it from my (soon to be obsolete) Lancelots. Griffins also don't make as much sense with the jumping heavy, as on spec the Griff is completely outclassed.
Imagine the jumping Heavy with Trident and Tulus? If the stealth stays as it is (only covered when jumping), there is ZERO chance of stopping this bot from stationary jump-firing while behind cover on you all day from 500-600 meters. Two such jumping heavies could form a defensive picket that would need a full squad to bypass --- 3 such bots could march together and advance behind structure/cover fire to wipe out an entire of a map.
Like I said, I like what this new jumping Heavy represents tactically and I see it being a staple in my hangar ---- sort of an "improved Griffin".

No test server on iOS but it looks like the stealth griffin is pretty good. Two mediums and a heavy hardpoint with jump is good but adding in stealth is just crazy.
The flamethrower seems like it was made with the ancilot in mind since it goes through both shields. The only issue is that the damage looks to be too slow to take down an ancilot while sitting within 200m. I can't see any bot using this weapon as currently implemented over the thunder.

New classifications are: Free player trash PAID trash But this NOW* *Terms and conditions apply, we reserve the right to change any aspect of this item, it's abilities, health, speed, firepower, and any non descript mechanics not displayed on the player UI. All sales are final.

Everyone asked for faster gameplay, so, pix is releasing faster gameplay. With a price tag. It will exponentially increase game speed for the peeps that can't afford it too! Oh, you guys meant the other half of the total bots in the game? Welp, here is what we got.

Really, this is Android only test? I'm iOS and didn't get an invite but thought I was booted because I didn't give feedback the last few rounds. If I'm still testing that's good but I'm bummed I won't get to try the super Cossack as I'm sure the cooldown bug will be fixed next time/tested on iOS.
