Maybe Golden Sabre will disagree, but I am an officer in Nitro Squad, and one of the first members--seventh to be admitted and more senior now, so I think I know the culture pretty well.
We are fun loving--this is a game after all. But we are looking to improve ourselves, learning all we can. By and large, we are a fairly mature group. In real life, I am a 53 year old attorney. Yes, not the most exciting thing in the world. Playing helps me escape my humdrum existence.
That said, I really do own a tricorner hat.

Alright fair enough. I guess that's not so bad. Only quibble I have is that he's not wearing some kind of armored suit ladden with rockets (of course it has to be rockets).
One request: could you change Wiki's 3 words to "knowledge, sportsmanship, integrity"?
Those 3 words more accurately reflect us, while still representing the Wiki and Wiki clans long-standing role as conduits of game knowledge to newer or novice players.

Were I to choose three descriptive words for our clan, they would be fun, participation and fellowship.
P.S. And I wear my tricorner hat no more than once a month. Twice a month at most.

We had ditched the brief experiment of an open invitation to tankers after a massive implosion that almost destroyed an otherwise great clan and have gone back to our roots... friendship, integrity and loyalty Also, I do like the tri-tip but let's let Uhnonimis keep it in the bedroom, I think this is more fitting

Not sure if this is right place to comment but: I am interested to change a clan. There is really nothing wrong in my current clan except most are never online when I am awake. Allso many times when I read chat I have no idea what language they have used so... Something from me as a person, what kind of clan I am looking for, why I play this game and so on. I am 43 year old computer orientated person (male). Diamond League II (2426 points currently) using Android phone (OnePlus One) Timezone GMT+2 (Greenwitch Mean Time +2 hour. I am from Finland and can speak Finnish + English. I have someone I live with and few cats. I do try to be online and play multiple times during day and do atleast my 3x win and daily quests. I can not promise for next x(x) year to be online every single day multiple hours. But I will let know if I take a few days off for a holiday or so. I have NOT pay to play this far, not planning to either. During competitions and so (special events) I do tend to play even bit too much thought. When I were a bit younger I spend plenty of time playing Mechforce (made by Ralph Reed) in Amiga and have loved this kind of games since early 90's. I have been playing solo this far (if someone is online I do play in team but they usually leave when we lose first battle) Team playing might be fun but I do not aim for "top". Fun is big aspect of playing, I want to try different things and bots not just "3x Lancelot & 2x Fury" Forums (clan or so) might be fun, I am not that fast cellphone writer and I try to avoid even text messages  Current stats + bots in use: LVL 30 Victories 1717 Max destroeyd: 10 Max damage: 1 042 771 Max winning series: 18 Last 50 battles average: 2.7 destroeyd, 356 212 damage, 56% victories. 3 237 130 AG, 1431 Au, 33 025 WP Updating punishers to lvl 8 now. Bots: lvl, name, lvl weapons 9, Galahad, 9, Taran & 2x Magnums 9, Lancelot, 10 Thunder & 2x 9 Orkan 9, Griffin, 8 2x Tulumbas, 10 2x Pin 9, Galahad, 8 Orkan, 9 2x Pinata 9, Carnage, 9 2x Thunder 9 Stalker 9 Rhino 9 Fujin "Extra" weapons: 3x lvl 8 Hydras / 3x lvl 9 Tarans 2x lvl 9 Tridents 2x lvl 9 magnums + bunch of lvl 7-8 weapons and few bots Edit: allso read some of your recruitment pages. I've considered a clan, but have held off. I'm 39 now, but years ago, I was in guilds in WoW and other MMOs and have done similar things more recently in Tiny Troopers: Alliance, Marvel: CoC, and Boom Beach.
Unfortunately, my wife is anti-video games and I'd catch a rash of 「dookie」 if I started using a game pad and headset for playing an ipad game. Also, the idea of having to meet quotas or have designated game time is a bit of a deterrent. Just too much stuff going on with the kids and house these days.

My wife is too. :^( Nevertheless, I encourage you to consider membership in Nitro Squad (clan #34039) anyway.
We encourage the use of Discord but don't require it, which is a good thing since much of my prime playing time is early morning/late night when the better half is asleep. I use Discord when she is out working or on errands and I am home.
We also encourage people to be active, but do not mandate specific playing times. We have players from all over the world, so we get activity spread arpund the clock, rather than having it concentrated in a few specific time periods.

I will say that a couple of people in wiki come from your end of the world - whether that effects your decision or not. |
