I wonder what happened to the strider? In the last test server they ran into problems with the Strider and had to pull it from the test server last minute.

A fun build if you happen to have 2 Storm and a Doc.

Hi Adrian, my son and I love watching your YT videos! On your latest video about Storm/Orkan Doc, I have some questions. I'm planning to get a Rhino soon for my 2nd account in D2 league (Android). This is a fun account so all weapons shall stay at L7 max and the hangar must have at most one heavy bot. The eventual setup for this Rhino is Gust/Orkan. Since I am still a long way to go with getting a pair of Gust (I have none now), I shall start with either Magnum OR Punishers.
Since the whole objective of using Storm on a Doc is the same as Gust on a Rhino (ignoring the difference in DPS), do you think running a Punisher/Orkan Doc will be the same as Storm/Orkan? Both can wear down Ancile from 500m onwards, and both will do more damage in shorter range. I have not crunched the numbers but in terms of application, it feels the same to me. Unless the 10s reload time of Punisher is such a major deal breaker.
Anyway, off tangent, I started with Tulu Doc, then to Taran/Orkan Doc (I only have a pair of Orkan), and now Quad Hydra Doc (this is my only MR build in my hangar now, everything else is KF). I am upgrading 4x Molot T now to replace Hydra so that I can have a MR/LR build that can go close range if needed, and near endless stream of firing due to Quick Draw should be useful.

How about a video highlighting how abysmal the events are with the rampant tanking, fading, and ditching going on?

Yup, add to the problem until Pix actually comes up with a solution for it. If you want to put your head in the sand and sing 'la-la' until it goes away, be my guest. Initially, I hated tanking. Took a break. Came back and discovered there had been no changes to address it. So F pix. Add to the problem, if they lose players due to it, good. They'll have to come up with a viable solution. However, the problem of tanking needs to be highlighted in big BIG letters for Pix to see. You tubers seem to turn a blind eye to it.

For Champion League players who want a challenge, this is a good one. Only silver robots and silver weapons.

Just because you don't see me make a video on tanking doesn't mean I turn a blind eye to it. There is a reason why Pixonic has decided to make it a priority to tackle this problem for this year. I have mentioned this to them numerous times. It's also not a problem that can be fixed overnight as I think it's a lot more complexed than that.

Yes the Doc with Punisher/Orkan is the same idea. I just prefer the Storm because it seems to knock down the shield a lot faster. I've tried the Doc Tulumbas before and it can be quite deadly. If you start running into Bulgasaris it's the counter to it since they can't block splash. I'm actually starting to see the Fury Trident come back and more players are starting to run it because of Bulgasaris running the Shocktrain build.

Pixonic could indeed fix the problem over night. How hard is it for them to make it where you can not drop any lower then 2 leagues below your highest ranking? Granted it would not stop faders, But it would definitely curb the blatant clubbing that goes on when upper meta players drop below Diamond League.

Granted it would not stop faders, But it would definitely curb the blatant clubbing that goes on when upper meta players drop below Diamond League. The reason why I said it may not be as easy as we all think it is, is because depending on how it's coded, that module of their coding might have an impact on other parts of the game. For example it might have an impact on how the Low Priority Queue works or the rewards players would then get after each battle. If they have future plans for the game such as Supply Drops or Battle Rewards or anything else we have not heard about it will then have an impact and delay those modules for release as well. My last job I use to work alongside a web developer who coded for a company which ran/operated ice rinks and sports facilities across the US and Canada. Sometimes a small change such as how payment was made would take months because once it was tested numerous times it was tested on one facility first. If any problems arose then it was fixed and gradually over a period of months it was filtered through the entire site and all locations would then have that same payment system. The reason why they didn't always make a complete switch is because if something were to go wrong, the company would lose millions. Just like that company, this company probably operates in a similar way. What seems like an easy fix on the outside may be more complexed as it may affect future plans/directions of the game that we aren't aware of.

Fair Enough. I still think they could fix it but choose not to for revenue reasons. Will see what 2018 holds. WHatever it does, I am sure Ill still be getting my butt kicked most times I see you. Nice move with the Stalker on my Lance Last night on Power Plant. I did get to avenge myself though by taking out one of your Inquisitors.

But... then had to throw in my other Inquisitor after we ran into CDXX. It's easier to run fun builds when I'm solo I think.

Dragoon Gameplay. My opinion after playing more games - range needs to be reduced and damage nerfed slightly. Although... with a weapon like this why would I want to own a Redeemer?

They need to diversify the new content a little better. Ember needs a range nerf - make it 250-300m Redeemer - 350m but bump dmg by 15% Dragoon - 550m -> 500m but make it about half the dmg of a Redeemer (please pixonic, don't make the battle more crazy trying to remember a weapon doesn't fit the standard ranges) Arbalest - I don't feel this weapon, not sure what they are trying to accomplish with this

A look at the Shotgun Griffin. Not bad. Not a build that would work in Champion League. Maybe the lower leagues but can definitely be very deadly if you catch someone off guard.

That last kill with the Griff in question was great: Fully aware that you were going to become a very appealing target, yourself, when you jumped; you took the opportunity to get that Orkan thrower... and it was well worth it. You played that build well.
Thanks for posting as I was wondering whether or not to try it (On the account that has Storms and Gusts, I'm in Diamond on iOS and run two different shotgun builds to get effect... so I think it would prolly work well).
Pretty sure I will try it now.
(I don't like always playing the "best" builds... I also like running the fun ones and trying to get the most out of them.)

It will team up well with Trebs and shocktrains. The Dragoon? No idea, except as a stand alone on the 4(5 with butch) bots with heavy only slots.

I see maybe two options for the Arbalest: Natasha Treb/Arbalest and Patton 4xArbalest. Even then I felt it awkward trying to use the Natasha Arbalest without shooting off the Trebs with the disjointed timing. Some ok setups include Hover Shocktrain, Griffin Shocktrain. However with the rampant use of ST in high level, the last thing the game needs is more ranged weaponry.

This build surprised me mostly because I didn't expect the Natasha to outperform the Fury Thunder. It might be time for a buff to the Thunder weapon.

It's an OK build, but too slow and if you get Dom Yam, it's a long long tedious walk. If they got rid of the Random mode, it's useful if you like BR.

I'm not sure why they nerfed Thunder anyways. Since you have to get so close to the reds to do any significant damage, thus putting your own bot in harms way, you should be rewarded for that. And a heavy weapon should have much more power than medium and light weapons.

And a heavy weapon should have much more power than medium and light weapons. due to double dmg on shields. Don't want to shake the tree too hard at first. But a lot is going on in Pixonic land, so I don't see this being at the top of thier priority list, not even in the top 10
