So what do you guys do besides War Robots???Hobbies/Clubs/Collections/Sports/Work ~~~~~ Me I love dancing the Argentine Tango and started learning about 3 years ago. A bit obsessive about it but nothing really compares to the trust and intimacy of having a lady pressed up against your own body dancing perfectly in time to music. The most magical thing is being able meet someone for the first time, never share more than a sentence and be able to dance something incredible. [not a picture of me] Other things I do are play Dungeons and Dragons 5e, DJ, Board game, cook and volunteer in the emergency services.

Play bass mostly, and DE shaving (but that doesn't take much time). Having a three and a five year old removes the ability for too many hobbies.

I love board gaming, currently doing TIME Stories with the wife, play Magic: the Gathering somewhat regularly, am a huge fan of Glasgow Celtic as well as the local side, Louisville City FC. But above all that, I love spending time with my four kids, aged 6 and under.

I play Warhammer 40k. Or rather, I have been playing. Something that I have played and still have an interest in - and not enough time or space. Been playing since 1991. I think maybe one of my armies is still actually usable in the current edition.

I love cars, despite not even having a drivers license. My favourite cars are Hypercars and Supercars but they aren't the only ones I like. Play games (not mobile) Read books Play baseball even though I somehow manage to injure myself every season Watch TV, I like doctor who and wish they would hurry up with the new season, top gear (I still watch the British one with Jeremy Clarkson and the rest of them, not the new imposters) Movies, I like Star Wars (all of them but wish the seventh had been more original), Harry Potter, lord of the rings, inception and interstellar. I love movies that are confusing but interesting and make you think about life differently (if you've seen inception, interstellar or the matrix you'll know what I mean) Listen to music and play violin or guitar
By the way how do you create a new page in this forum?

I make bread, soup, pizza, and many other things from scratch for a living.
I love War Robots and Fifa (playstation ftw), and have little time for other games. I love bantering with my clanmates and crushing clubber clans whenever I have the opportunity.
I love fantasy, science fiction, and music, with a lifelong love of metal.
I love association football (Gooner for life), as well as my defending Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos (American football).
I love wine and the company of refined, nerdy women.

Hobbies? Yeah, I think I remember those, somewhere back in the time before this game. Naw, just kidding (although this game is definitely monopolizing my hobby time these days). Here’s what I spend my free time on. - Making people laugh, particularly my family.
- Playing the piano. About 12 years of classical lessons, and yet it seems that all I play these days are pop songs, show tunes, and movie soundtracks. Oh, and Christmas music.
- Learning to play drums, synthesizers (particularly Reason), and the bass. This game has pretty much eaten all my practice time, though. I’m really hoping to get back to this now that I’ve got my 5th slot.
- Listening to music: particularly country, progressive rock, folk pop, classic rock, the blues, psytrance, jazz, etc. Favorite artists include Tool, Rush, Radiohead, Alan Jackson, Led Zeppelin, Holly Williams, Pink Floyd, Bill Evans, Dream Theater, Infected Mushroom, and Pinetop Perkins.
- Making modular origami polyhedra with my 5-year-old son.
- Reading comic books, mostly The Uncanny X-Men and The Avengers. I’ve been working through the 80s and 90s. I’m particularly enjoying what Marvel is doing with the movies (I still can’t get over how Captain America: Civil War is such a smooth sequel to both Age of Ultron and Winter Soldier).
- Programming. I used to be a software engineer a while back and got rather burnt out on it after too many hours at too many startups. Nowadays, I’m finally getting a little bit back into it, jumping at the chance to write basic programs in R for my work as well as creating the Python projects in the excellent Adventures in Minecraft book with my son.
- Arguing on the Internet — which probably comes to no surprise to anybody here. This game has also monopolized that. I like to say that I have too much time on my hands, but with two kids, I really only have time to devote to one argument at a time these days.
- Economics and politics. Two years ago, I would’ve considered this area my work, as I was the guy who oversaw development of our company’s economics project, but as that product only needs maintenance work now, I work 100% in math and statistics development these days. So, I consider economics and politics a hobby now. It goes pretty well with the previous hobby, although my primary supported position in politics is the need for nonpartisan reforms such as proportional representation, Instant Runoff Voting, and public campaign financing. My primary position in economics is that macroeconomics is tremendously politicized and nonscientific.
- Reading regular books, mostly sci-fi, with a little bit of classic novels, economics, and political science mixed in. My Goodreads profile is here.
- Unexpectedly sneaking, "I love you," in totally unrelated conversations with my wife. For example, if she's going to the grocery store, I'll say something like, "Oh, and don't forget to get the 'I love you!'"
- Burning Man, particularly the Department of Public Works (DPW) volunteer work crew. This is an art and music festival in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada. It was definitely a life-changer in more ways than one, as being in an environment where giving is the norm means a life where you don’t have to be constantly suspicious of how people and companies are going to use you. It’s a real eye-opener. I met my wife during volunteer cleanup, and one of the reasons we settled in Austin, TX is that it hosts the largest regional burn event, Burning Flipside.
- Basketball. My 45-year-old knees ain’t what they used to be, so it’s been ages since I’ve actually played in a pickup game, but I still love shooting around and seeking out that perfect swish of a jump shot. I also very much enjoy seeking the perfect turn when skiing, but it’s been a while since I’ve done that with any regularity. Hopefully, I will find similar satisfaction seeking the perfect Griffin jump.
- Photography. At one point, I was a staff photographer for the school newspaper while I was in grad school studying econ, but I kinda let this hobby die a while back. My five-year-old, however, has shown a gift for it, so I’ve been letting him shoot with the old beat-up Digital Rebel SLR with 30mm prime lens while teaching him about shutter speed and depth of field.
- Admiring my wife, as I am so blessed that she likes to wear cut-up T-shirts. I’m also in charge of the laundry, and it will so happen that I’ll prioritize said T-shirts and yet somehow fall behind on getting around to her pants for some odd reason.
And that's probably far, far Too Much Information about me.

Aww, thanks. Sorry, but I'm taken (and no, we're not in an open marriage -- yeah, I know there's a lot of those in the Burner Community, and I'm all for that arrangement for those who choose it, but I find it just causes way too much drama, not to mention that it's a complete scheduling nightmare).

I hook my guitar up to my computer and play.. yeah that's kind of my only hobby at the moment.
I'm a huge metal fan, so the stuff I play tends to fall along these lines: deathcore, symphonic metal, goth metal, extreme metal, death metal, (etc)

Gym, running in the woods, MMA (and half a dozen martial arts before that). Music, travelling, surfing. I really need to let off steam regularly. Doc told me I could get some ADHS pills - I told him to f**k off - theres nothing wrong with me, just need to get to my limits regularly . Oh, and when I find the time I take lessons in Argentinian tango as well. Also atm improving my french and spanish a bit. Oh, and one or two books a week, depending on how "heavy" they are...^^ that covers most, I think....

Most of what I play are along the lines of what I listen to. Within Temtation, Motionless in White, Cradle of Filth, Insomnium, Nightwish, Parkway Drive, (etc) Occasionally though, I find myself playing along to electronic music. But thats not too often..

So what do you guys do besides War Robots???Hobbies/Clubs/Collections/Sports/Work I don't actually have a hobbies but sometimes I fly quadcopter and take videos at the sametime. RC helicopter/quadcopter has been always fascinated me and about year ago I did buy my first drone: Yuneec Q500+ with HD camera (not 4K). It is amazing how different everything looks like from the air What comes to my work, I live and work in my home. We have a farm with calvers (about 80-100 heads in total, including calfs, cows and bulls) - it is full time job ! Here in Finland that size is about average of all, but bigger farms are not so rare anymore. Smaller ones are ending very quickly nowadays. Yuneec Q500+ below: Attachment Deleted
