You don't need to go that far in numbers...quality and diversity matters too;)
During one of my diving trips (Egipt) I got what some call Pharoh-curse lol. Basically the bacterial flora there is rather unique and if it gets you...well, it gets you.
During the boat trip I had to break last dive and successfully escaped from the diving suit on a "near miss" basis.
Once I reached shore and eventually the hotel, I ended up with my face in the sink, and rear side on the toilet...an improvement I invented after I got tired of spinning and that bathroom was kinda small enough to allow such multitasking.
I don't recall exact numbers achieved but it was around 16...18x from each side. After freeing myself from all body liquids that could be released this way I dragged myself / was dragged to bed.
I ended up having some nice portion of salts iv in that very bed. Any attempt to even lift up lower arm or palm was resulting in immediate blackout...sweet spot on the "I'm kinda tired" list of physical exhaustion index.
