How do you folks do it? I am incredibly frustrated. How do you map for control over different weapons, across different bots? Do you just have to remember that in a cossack your 1 and only weapon is on one key, but when you switch to, say, a schutze with it's only weapon having to be mapped to a different key, you just switch keys or do you do a quick remap when you spawn in a different bot with different slots and weapons? If you have to use a different key, how does that work out ergonomically? It can't feel right always having to change where a primary or only weapon is operated. I feel like I need three hands to get this done right, otherwise I'm missing one of three vital functions at any given time. One to maneuver legs (three fingers constantly), one on the mouse for turret (firing with mouse buttons seems impossible unless you want it to dump everything all at once, or fire every time you click the screen to rotate), and another hand to effectively operate the different weapons, targeting and the special ability.
How does it all get done?
And another Q or maybe just a rant. Why in the heck can I control legs on one bot with the arrows, but not on the next spawn? I tried the two keys at once trick to get it going, WASD, remap WASD circle to arrows....nothing worked. Second bot sits there like an AFK.
Thanks for letting me rant a little. If anyone has some insight, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

To noname Have you read thread Memu controls which I was started ? I'm using Memu 2.6.6 and have mapped numbers 1 to 4 for separate weapons, wasd -keys for moving, q -key for manual target selection and space for bots special ability (like Griffin jump). I know that feeling of three hands but so far I haven't found any better mapping setups. In that Memu controls -thread I have been presented Windows program "X-Mouse Button Control" which allows map extrabuttons from mouse (if any) to act like keyboard key. I do have mouse with 5 extrabuttons and I was able to map four of these buttons to keys (now using them to fire weapons separately) but so far I'm not familiar with it yet. If I understanded right, you don't have to click every time to rotate, just click once right button and mouse movement rotates screen all the time - until you click right button again. Below is my current keymap for War Robots. Keys z, x, c, v and b are for bot selection. Attachment Deleted

What kind of setup are you using that makes it necessary to use weapons separately so often? I have it mapped to the keys below WASD which is admittedly a little hard to use but fortunately I don't need it often.
