I started playing in Nov '16, joined the wiki2 (android) clan in Dec, new MM rolls out in late Jan and i'm placed in Silver League 3 or 2 with a medium & heavy hangar of lvl 6-8 everything. now its May, in Gold 2 and my hangar is: Gary(10) plasma (10) Carnage(11) Tridents (11) Griffin(9) Plasma/Aphids (10) Galahad(10) Plasma (10) Stalker (11) Mags (10)
Avg Dmg- 460k Win rate- 62%
Typical Strategy: take out gary to grab two early beacons, preferably 3 before going down. long-range map=carnage, PP/ Dead City- gala/griff. save stalker for capping beacons in end-game if necessary.
I'm dominating in my matches recently, even in ones where i lose,i'm in the top 3 for dmg and most beacons. i don't believe I'm in Leavers Queue based on what i've read in other threads because the other people are in my league (give or take one lvl). but i have noticed i have a very high Avg-D & Win-R compared to them, but i feel like i'm moving at a sloth's pace through these leagues while my avg opponent is getting easier.
any tips/tricks i should know about to move up?

also note: I started thinking of this recently because i started squadding again and realized that when i was put in a champions/experts league match i was quite easily holding my own against players in several league levels higher than myself, and i have higher lvl bots and better Avg-D than many of them did. thats when I thought, "wait, what am i doing wrong if this guy is in champions?"

Why do you want to hurry moving up?
It'll happen as you slowly accumulate league points, with the unfo you provide it should in the neighborhood of average 4 league points per game or more. Just enjoy being top damage guy in Silver while it lasts. You'll later remeber this time with longing, when the Au dries up.

If you are winning more than you are losing, and finishing near the top all the time, your rise is inevitable. Sounds like you're having fun as well, so good on ya!
If you want a yardstick, my hangar was around 7/8 when leagues started, and I was placed at the top end of silver 2. I climbed through silver and gold very quickly, running close to 76% win rate. Diamond 1 appears to be where I have topped out, as I have been here all month. Gear is currently 10/10, working on starting weapons up to 11. Most of my matches now feature masters and experts. Win rate around 50%. Some games I'm the hammer, and some games I'm the nail.

I have seen posts about how Silver tier has a wide range of hangars in it, making it tough to break through. You made it through and from your post you are making steady progress. I started in Gold I with a 8.5/9 hangar during February. I made it through to Diamond I in April. The path to the next tier usually has several set backs before maintaining the momentum to stay in next tier. I actually went from Diamond I all the way back to Diamond III before marching back up and busting through to Expert III. My hangar is roughly at 9.4/10.7 and 30 cups from challenging for Expert II. One thing I do is try to change up what I am doing on regular basis. I have 7 bots I can effectively rotate in my hangar that are L9+.
I am a power-runner by nature and give up damage potential for beacons on a regular basis. Usually top 2 in beacons with whatever hangar I run. I am trying to look for opportunities with better strategic balance of red vs. beacon.
I recently had new high damage of 970k, been stuck in mid 900k for months. 20 victories later I blasted through Millon Damage with a 1.152M new high! and the victory. Both times I captured only 1 beacon.
In the end, if you are making any steady progress and consistently leveling weapons and bots - ENJOY the journey!! It will happen!!

Mostly I agree with the other posters. Why rush the journey when there is NOTHING to benefit from going up leagues except harder matches and less rewards. Oh you do get a small one time promotion bonus but it isn't worht it for that.
My guess is that you aren't doing enough damage to rise up. Let me explain my assumption: you are winning and kicking but YEAH!!! but you usually don't take top 3 damage enough (you mention that recently you have so I imagine things will change quickly) so your wins in league points are not terribly spectacular but your losses are probably larger than your wins thus you can have a greater than 50% win percentage and still not progress. Look at your average gain/loss of league points and that should tell you the real story.
Also to a lesser extent I am guessing you are getting a speed bump since where you are playing not all bots have maxed speed, so you are possibly winning by capping beacons before you can jump into a knifer and rack up damage.
Lastly, and I can't speak directly to this since I don't know your league might be artificially much tougher due to the artificial inhabitation of tankers making it more difficult for you to rise up. Ironically, a few leageus up might be easier for you if you can leave the 12/12 tanking crews behind.
Again though, will stress if you are having fun why screw it up?

I'm running 8/9 hanger with no Lancelot and during anniversary event I started tanking in order to farm gold as a result of which I progress from diamond 3 to master 3.and now when I stop tanking I m facing opponent with 12/12 hanger and Lancelot every where.I m always doing less damage in compare to my team mate and most of the time not in top 3.so the higher league gameplay is definitely tougher for me at my current level.

I had average 6/7 for my hangers when the League started, I play 25~30 matches/wk and it takes TWO months for me from Silver 3 to Silver 1. now I have all 7/8 ~ 9/8 for my hanger and yes I feel that it getting harder into a higher tier - I guess it's because the hangers of the same tier stronger - if you ever had a look over the hangers of Silver 3 in the early days, much of them are just H 6/5~ 6/7 but when I left Silver 3 I did see a noticeable raise of the average power. there's one more thing, and happened to me when qualify either for Silver 2 or Silver 1 : when your win rate is raising you may lose more for the following matches; I don't know if there's any particular matchmaking to make this but my recommendation is whenever you won a few and almost there, stop, and then back to the game some hours later; don't rush. sometime I miss the old MM, I can play it just for fun and use those funny weapons as I like.

yeah for a while I just thought I was in the league i was in because thats where it placed me and i belonged, so i didn't worry about it. but i was squadding with somebody a month ago who was several leagues above me and i was straight kicking his 「bum-bum」 in damage, beacon captures, had a higher level bots & weapons. i was in gold 3 and he was in champions, which means gold-> diamond -> expert -> champion, that high above me and i was consistently better? i'm slowly moving up, but it really opened my eyes to hard it is to move out of the league you are in..

Just keep on keeping on, youll get there as long as you try. I hovered between expert I and master III for what seemed like an eternity before finally breaking through. Now it's getting from master II to master I...... ugh.

Enjoy it where you're at. I have been bouncing between Gold I to Diamond III for a while now. I started with an 8/(9-10) hangar and evidently need to upgrade some to compensate for my piloting skills. Although I saw a few 11/11 hangars in high silver too, so pfffft. If you're doing that well there enjoy your "big fish" days. Once you start moving up it will be an uphill climb.

Just keep pounding it. End of and beginning of leagues is always fraught with turbulence.
Dont sweat it.
