This ever happen to anybody?
I'd played in Yamantau where a robot pushed me out of center onto the ground below. While I was annoyed at not having seen that coming, it ended up being a good thing for me since my remaining teammates were still able to hold center and I got a bunch of easy kills from all the players (who, I guess, didn't think they were good enough to contest center? what the heck are they doing down there?). But I mostly thought about how cool a tactic it was.
Alas, the next time I used it, it was accidental. I was charging up the ramp in my Boa with a tri-Aphid Gepard teammate beside me (I normally quit out of those, but I was squadding with a clan-mate), and then, in my dodging fire (I swear it was accidental), I pushed him off the ramp, and I paid for it because there were two Reds up there, including a Leo, and they ate me for lunch. We eventually lost the match, but I did laugh, and laugh about it, though.
The next time I tried it, I'd taken center and was going up to the uncovered bridge on the left side, and again there was a Leo, and I went straight at it to push it off the bridge... and went right THROUGH it. As I knew what I was planning on doing, I realized what had happened first and was also in a quicker bot, so I was able to swing my turret around quicker and finish it off.
Man, that'd make for a neat ability in a bot, to phase through stuff. I'd pay gold for that.

Whenever I've phased, I usually fall through the floor and into the sky-like "limbo" beneath the battlefield

Whoa, that'd also be pretty cool with the right kinds of... uh... medication.
Although, according to that Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Next Phase" (about Geordi and Ro), being out-of-phase means you're supposed to still be able to walk on floors and breathe the air and like ride on shuttlecrafts and stuff.

When I run around with my capper (Pinata Gep) I'm defenceless once I fire my rockets. On a few occasions I've been in fights where the other person is reloading as well and runs for cover. If I can see allies helping me and I'm reloading, I'll run over the enemy bot and either body block them from entering cover or hilariously push them out of cover using my bot.
It's a stupid tactic as it'll most likely result in my death but just *too funny* to not do.

You are officially awesome. Anyone who quotes a TNG plot line to explain physics wins the internet.

Much as I love the show, I don't think that episode was its finest hour.
