How much do you have to play to get to task 10 in 3 days? I thought about giving on, on task 5 so far. But I want a damn ancile for my Lancelot. And it's only two more to Rog. Oh my god. There actually are people who like Anciles :-D I wish I could send it to you. I've got two from this event, and I might be getting one more if I win Rogatka. You can take a chest spin, they are giving away Gepards and Anciles easily. And on topic - I am grinding for Stalker now, and it was about two days of playing (I'd say 6~8 hours per day). But, mind you, I've dropped three leagues down (now in Gold1, was in Diamond2), and I think I will go down even more. I am NOT tanking deliberatly, just focusing on task - so mindlessly killing bots or capturing beacons. Typical match is 4-5 minutes long, then I mech out and leave battle.

Honestly I'm shocked how some people go fast here.
I played quite a lot this week-end, and just got the Gekko. The Taran task should take a lot of times, with all the necessary wins.
I guess the Taran task will take my week (especially I don't play that much during the week), and I may complete the Aphid task during the week-end.
It will leaves one week to get a Stalker (that I don't need, just got one... but whatever), and maybe, maaaaaaaaaybe the Trebuchet task. I have no chance to go further than that, I mean that's pretty much my best case here.
Impressive how some people go fast here, really.

So you need to get 140 wins so far. NOT counting all those bots\beacons. 140 wins for a good player is a 1400 minutes (you loose some, you win some, and each 10 minutes you got a win)
That is 24 hours. So, full three workdays. Man, this is heavy.

You're very nice counting a win per 10 minutes. Reality on my side is more like 7 or 8 minutes per game on average, and if you count a 50% winning ratio, that's closer to 15 minutes per victory which is 50% more than your initial calculation.

I think the "win" part are the only bad steps of these chains.
it might be counter-intuitive, but Beacon and Killing robots entices more healthful gameplay, as they both promote the conditions for winning; the "winning" ones instead entices tanking for doing lots of games and farming wins faster.
The event chains would be healthier without the win parts. Maybe it should have had some other tasks, like doing X damage steps, or steps using some categories of mechs (light, med , heavies).

Well, frankly wins are kinda out of control.
Case in point my very last games at the minute.
Five games, four losses. I finished top-two in damage in all of those losses, and twice with top-beacons.
But I was just always the "good loser".
So yeah, I will not go much further than those winning tasks if I get one win a day.

I remember two weeks ago a day, when I sit down in the evening, looked at my "get some silver for first three wins a day" and decided to give it a 30~50 minutes to get my gold. Guess what, 1.5 hours later I still got only 1 victory :-D Oh, and here is the picture with PRICES! Yay! Now you see what you get

As somebody who wants ALL these prizes, I'm in pretty good shape so far. Almost done with the win battles step for the T-Rex Stalker. Plus I REALLY want that Rajin!I got 2 Zeus Cannons that need some love from a bot faster than a Natasha!

Okay so I'm going to do some quick calcs to work out how much time this is estimated to take: Assumptions: 1) 10 minutes per game (yes actual game might be a bit shorter, but factor in load times, needing mini breaks etc) 2) Assuming average of 3 robot kills per game 3) Assuming average of 3 beacons per game 4) Assuming win rate of 50% 5) Assuming only whole numbers count. So if you have killed 6 robots and you need to kill 7. Tough, you need to fight another whole battle to complete it.
Round 1: 15 Battles = 150 min
Round 2: 16 battles = 160 min
Round 3: 17 battles = 170 min
Round 4: 68 battles = 680 min
Round 5: 46 battles = 460 min
Round 6: 70 battles = 700 min
Round 7: 72 battles = 720 min
Round 8: 110 battles = 1,100 min
Round 9: 85 battles = 850 min
Round 10: Unknown at present (assumed 100 battles) = 1000 min
Round 11: Unknown at present (assumed 110 battles) = 1100 min
Round 12: (assumed 120 battles) = 1200 min
Total = 8,290 min or ~ 138 hours. Over 17 days that works out at ~ 8 hours per day.
Okay - Now I'm sure some people are going to dispute the maths here. That's great. You're going to be able to wring out efficiencies. Like increase bot kill rates 10% or grab an extra 25% beacons per game. However I'd wager that my estimate is +/- 50% correct.
__ What does this mean? Playing 8 hours a day to win a Rogatka is not only stupid, but it's quite unfair on the point of Pixonic. They're encouraging compulsive gaming. Okay I'd be happy if they gave a smaller prize but whatever they choose to do, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours of play per day maximum.

And the other tasks missing on the 10th and 12th chains?

Goal oriented assumptions:
1 Kamikaze approach with Carnage in Gold II (originally in expert) 2 1 minute per game 3 3 bot killed or 2 beacons 4 70/80 gold per hour

Okay, another unpopular opinion coming though. Please, bear with me as I out a lot of thoughts on this topic. 3rd Anniversary event is THE BEST THING EVER DONE by Pixo. Why, you may ask? Because it incentivising people not only to play a lot, but to play DIFFERENT. And this is exactly due to the silly tasks. If you want to win Rog you need to play smart, not play 10 hours per day. DISCLAIMER: I am NOT by any means professional gamer\young man who can play 10 hours every day. I have not bought ANY gold item\bot prior to last week (bought some chests), and I am only playing for three month now. All these stats are from my games today\yesterday: I will get to "how you can score 6+ kills or 10 beacons per game" shortly. What this event is NOT (and doesn't need to be): - Free Rog giveaway - Free gold giveaway - Just adding some more gold into usual gameplay So, why all these tasks then? It is to praise gameplay diversity. You see, it is NOT coincidence that Leagues period was finished just the day the EventTasks started. This event is a way to push people into experiments. So, to win some of the events I changed my hangar\gameplay entirely. For beacon tasks - I got all my fastest bots, and just run for beacons, usually without firing a shot. For damage task - I ditch my beacon runners and got myself some more support weaponry; and forgot about beacons, start aiming for damage. So, what bad comes out of it? Two things, I will list it one after another. ===== FirstBadThing: I am not used to that hangars, so I will loose (and indeed I drained from Diamond2 into Gold2 with my experiments) But why is this GOOD? I am typically afraid of loosing my League points, because this means less gold (and as a free player I don't want that to happen). But today the following happened: 1) I have a MONTH to get back to my League standing 2) I have been compensated for any League points loss already (my typical Diamond2 reward is 120 gold PER MONTH. Gold3 reward is 80 PER MONTH. Right now I am doing 2~12 gold PER GAME. So, I will make this 40 gold IN A DAY. And any player will, with lowest 2 gold per game it's just 20 games (or three hours at most). ===== SecondBadThing: Everybody would be crazy doing just one thing in a game (grab a beacon or kill a bot) That is true, at first, when everybody was going +\- same pace, you could see a game made entirely of beacon runners. But as time passes, due to different progression speed and timezones, now all these players are mixed up. So you got some guys who just need to "cap the beacons", some guys who need "kill bots", and some who just need to "win". And what this makes for us? IT IS THE MOST BALANCED TEAM WAR ROBOTS HAD IN MONTHS! ===== So, what you got? You got teammembers who are going straight for beacons, some guys who are aiming at killing only, and some who just want to win. More than that, you ARE COMPENSATED with GOLD for all your experiments and downsides, and you are forced to experiment with your hangar. So, now tell me - what can be better than that? P.s.I am ready for your thoughts :-D

Okay I'd be happy if they gave a smaller prize but whatever they choose to do, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours of play per day maximum. Uh....138 hours? no bro lol I've played about 40 hours and I'm on my first task on ancile here is my proof: P.S. I've tanked about 1200 battles already. Even though it's detrimental to gameplay, it's the fastest way especially if you are in tankers league. My battles in TL average to 50% and I'm not wasting time to play a 10 minute game in the case that if I lose I wasted 10 minutes. No, instead I can tank 8 games in that time to increase my chances of winning multiple games in the time it takes to play one. For beacons, the fastest way is get the two closest beacons with a fast bot (I use gareth) then tank and start another. I finish 45 beacons for raijin in less than 20 minutes. For kills, either drop to a low league and squad with a clanmate and seal club the 「fluffernutter」 outta those newbies (harsh yes I know) or play it normally. I was in Diamond 1 so dropping to silver was too time consuming, I ran a thunder carnage to avoid others stealing my kills since my shots takes a chunk out of the enemy bot. If it takes a while to get close to an enemy, I tank and start a new game. Also, because of the beacon tasks I've seen a huge increase in cossacks in my games which is nice for the kill tasks. This how you get to Ancile in 3 days My kill task on raijin was 60 each so I expect 11th prize should be about 74-76 and beacons 85. If there is another win task it should be about 20-21. Note - 5th task on trebuchet is bugged you need to finish 34 battles to get 1 beacon each no matter how many you captured during the game. Good Luck All! I will be getting 11th prize tasks tonight(hopefully) and will be posted on my clanmate's page a.k.a llama4president Good luck on the event! You do have two weeks to do it, but final exams is coming up so I'm rushing to complete it so I have no distractions!

Sharptropicalfruit -
Was doing some of the math in my head regarding taran and figure at least 60 gamesm. Figure 50/50 probability to start, plus an additional false 50/50 result pushed on us by PIX. That's a lot of game play. Doesn't sound free. Free is something you get for not doing anything.

Nope I'm in tankers league, the matches are already 「fluffernutter」ed up anyway. Private and Bronze leagues are being matched with Legend league players. I just played against the #1 player on the chart and besides in tankers league you rarely get a full 6v6 anyway. If Pixonic wanted to be fair then get rid of tankers league. I'm in Diamond 1; get rid of tankers league and I'll be facing opponents of my level but instead I'm facing people from all league levels.

I also forgot to mention, I run Gareth to capture beacons and usually meet other Gareths and it doesn't always work, but it's worth a shot. I don't shoot and after a while some of the players will stop shooting as well and then I capture a beacon and back off and he does the same. We ended up getting 16 beacons for me and 14 for him.
