Here are some that are on development or early access.
Heavy Gear Assault
This one caught my eye as I am always looking for something like Front Mission with 3D turn based thingy. The production values seems pretty good.
This one is classic Battletech on a PC.

This one is like Gundam or Armored Core. Classic anime mech, flight based. Project Nimbus is currently early access on Steam.

The mech designs are awesome! The whole thing reminds me of X-Com, Armored Core and Front Mission rolled together. I am eagerly going to await this on Steam.
