Hi all when I first started playing War Robots I was struck by how similar it was to Space Marine seize ground mode I played for years on Xbox360 which is the main reason I now enjoy War Robots so much and I was wondering if any of you guys are old melta heads like me ?  |

I have a WH40k army. But it is Dark Eldar. I used to have a tread head guard army many moons ago until they nerfed the armour rules and left them with only their flash lights lol |

Since the new codex, I can't use Asdrubael Vect any more.
I build one myself out of 5 different boxes...?

I play him now as Archon with Agonizer, Soultrap, EMP mines, Shadowfield and Armor of Misery.
Grmpf, Huskblade was nerfed too. AP3 now...

You could say I am an old space marine player, started in 1991. I have a marine army made up mostly of the old mk 6 plastic kits and mk 6 metal figures.

That is the difference between our armies. You choose armies without codex, or written rules to play with. Kinda like collecting... I, on the other hand, choose a codex and then build an army to play with, according to the rules. Then they changed the rules, leaving some of my army obsolete. My codex was called the compilation, the compendium, slaves to darkness, the lost and the damned and others. i built armies based on these. IT DID HAPPEN TO ME! It it has happened again since with my other few armies as well, but not wholesale removal. |

The Khorne genestealer cult was traded with my brother in law for a bunch of early tyranid stuff later (terminators and tyranids box sets). |
