Where do 12/12 Hangars or those which are almost there belong on Android? Up from what league? Discarding the Tankers and leavers..
I just reached Diamond III after with a hangar ranging from level 7 to 9.. Have nothing at level 10 and nothing below 7.. Mostly 8..
But I am getting competition with nothing less than level 10! It hasn't been many games since I got to Diamond.. So could be just bad luck.. But left me wondering, under normal conditions, up from which league should the worst skilled 12/12 players be found?
Taking into consideration that the hangars I came across are respectable all through. No stupid stuff like Russian Lances or even Raijins and Co..

Well, I'm far from a great pilot, but I'm stuck in Diamond 2 with bots at 9/10 and weapons at 10-12. I see quite a few hangars with all 10+ stuff in Diamond league.

Sounds like you play selflessly to win. To remain at a competitive league level, you have to play selfishly to get Au. That will make you win less, so you will remain at or drop to a lower league level, with opponents closer to your bot/weapon levels. Optimization is key. Either optimize for beacon capture, or optimize for max damage. The more specialized your hangar, the more you get the effect of losing more battles (when your hangar is not suitable), but getting more rewards when you do win (your hangar was very good for that battle). I would recommend optimizing for beacons, until you have all the Au bots and weapons you want. Then optimize for damage (Ag) until you have 12/12 hangar. Then optimize for league points (win rate mostly). Of course the leagues and MM and everything maybe changes before you get there, but maybe it doesn't. And steer clear of the leavers queue. Don't tank or ditch, don't play against the blues. Just... play to get gold when other blues manage to win

Thought only Tankers care about gold.. This may well be the answer why these guys are sitting that low in the leagues.. I will keep going for the wins though. I enjoy the game only like this..

12/12s roam anywhere from silver 1 and up in my opinion. Some of them good players some of them not.
Make no mistake, if you're in Diamond and up then don't expect easy opposition, I would probably go further and say you should expect 9s and up as a given. Flowery fields of easy wins and low bots are in Bronze and below.

No accusation, just that I've seen way less tankers in both diamond and silver (2nd account) on android since the tanker queue came online. Edit: and I face 9/9 in silver 3 almost every match with my 5/6 hangar. One of the effects of the smaller player base on ios (I'd imagine) is having to pull from farther up the ladder to make a match sometimes.

Where "should" they be? Probably Expert League and above. But if it is a hangar of 12/12 Cossacks, then only Champion League.

I do too, but some don't. TBH I only had one or two battles with the seal-clubbing gepards, but I guess I was the lucky group

I'm in gold on Android, and I don't see a lot of all 12/12 hangars in gold and low diamond. Mostly mixed in the 8-11 range. Sometimes there's one or two like 8/12 or so in someone's hangar. The occasional all-12/12 hangar I see I'm pretty sure didn't get there because that's where they "should" be, but by gaming the system to either drop down and climb back up or strategically managing their wins/losses to keep themselves in a lower league for easier gold/silver.

12/12 is sort of a misnomer just saying because a 12/12 destrier is not the same as a 12/12 Lance.

Thought only Tankers care about gold.. This may well be the answer why these guys are sitting that low in the leagues.. I will keep going for the wins though. I enjoy the game only like this.. When leagues started I was 8/9 hangar in Gold I. I was seeing alot of reds & blues above my hangar up to 12/12. I moved through to top of Diamond tier now with 9.3/10 hangar. The competition is usually better as well. When you do see lower level hangars should be more skilled pilots! I have always played to win outright - only way I know how. Let the damage take care of itself. The initial damage rating was a real challenge, as I am continually focused on beacons. I really like the evolution to win + lose - points. Unfortunately we have players that need to alter fair play and competition, even while corrupting the play of the masses that want true competition. They apparently cannot accept being challenged fairly and feel the need to cheat so they can win easily against lessor competition. Some people always look for an easy way out.
