The Fatal Havoc Description Says "All Damage done by this can not be repaired by normal means." So, It seems that all damage it does should be grey damage unless the description is just wrong.
That being said, it does not do grey damage.
What is going on here?

By normal means is the rub there. There are too many things that negate the grey damage effect. Certain bots, drones, mother ships, modules, etc that can reduce or eliminate grey damage.

And this is part of what makes War Robots less enjoyable to play: you come up against people with seemingly unkillable robots and you don't know if it is hacks/cheats or legit, but what you do know is that it feels poinrless playing.

I once saw a person at level 30; he had five hangers and more than ten ultimate robots and every robot had a legendary pilot at max level. He was the single cause my team was wiped out.
