Anybody tried it?
It's still in development but already attracting attention of some (former) War Robots youtubers such as AD gaming or Manni. I know, we heard it before, another War Robots "killer" that might disappoint. I'll check it out though when it's on steam.

I gave them a throwaway email address to sign up for their Alpha program.
If it's a little less clunky than BoT, I think I'll give it a year and see what happens.
I gave up War Robots in 2020 to move towards more MMO type play, waiting on the mobile Eve rollout. Turns out Eve is a bit much for mobile, but I play it during the winter months on PC. I got silly and started War Robots again during Christmas '23. Had some fun, but overall probably not the wisest decision.
So who knows, Armor Attack could be my new mobile mech game of choice.

Now that I stopped playing War Robots I wish I could try Armor Attack but will wait until it's available on steam and there are more players playing it. Liking it so far but one drawback for me will be that's on mobile too; mobile unfortunately has some limitations when it comes to free aiming and probably controls too. But there's an advantage there too, since AA is cross-platform there will be no shortage of players when it's available. That's the issue with war robots frontiers, the controls, gameplay and graphics are that of a true PC game but there's hardly anybody playing it. |

Having given up on War Robots >1 year ago always interested in new options.
Watched PREDATOR War Robots video on the game yesterday and was intrigued. Downloaded it and played 4-5 games and progressed to Rank3. Its fun and seems like a good starting point. Hopefully the developers are active and keep adding to it. Not too long of a wait for games.
I will say it is REALLY nice not to be inundated with Advertisements to BUY stuff just to get to your hanger. They have a Prime monthly membership for $9.99 if your so inclined.
Its still pretty basic but the graphics are good and there is an interesting mix of bots and tanks. If you play... look for me. Still TerrorStorm!

This game seems to be picking up traction. I've been playing for a week now and really enjoy it. Manni did a video comparing it. Worth a watch as it gives a reasonable comparison. Predator also has a couple of videos out highlighting some of the bots from the different factions. Best part is when you log in you go right to the hanger vs. War Robots where you have to click through a million "BUY ME" adds. I find it the best of the mobile Mech Games. (Best of all... you have a reload button for your Mechs  !) |

Plenty here & on YT have tried Armor attack/Bot/World of robots/Crossout/Titan fall/War robots-Frontiers.
