The backdrop of Ground Zero kinda illustrates the map’s wasted potential in my opinion. You see all of these tilted landmasses and gravity shenanigans, yet the map itself is perfectly normal besides the weird purple aesthetic. I personally wish they went all crazy with the map geometry like the backdrop hints, or at least make the purple tornado more of a factor.

Yeah, the tornado simply damaging bots is so predictable and boring.
They could have had it teleport bots to predetermined spots or healed bots. It would have been something to fight over instead of something to ignore.

Here’s the real flex. Hovering in Dead City before hovering was a thing.  context: there was a sort of invisible building you could climb right where the hunk of debris is to the right in your spawn area. I saw Raijins get high enough they started moving across the map roof although I never figured out how to break through, myself. |
