What's the difference?

Encountered a hacker in domination game. He started with usual routine, super fast hellburner going through our spawn point. But not invincible so after 2-3 minutes my team finally was able to handle him. Comes back with speed hacked loki, but here I was able to help, fielded typhoon with hazards and quantum radar so loki went down fast. Then comes whatever this is, in permanent phase shift:



I'm probably going to catch some heat for this, but I didn't even report him. First, something about these hacked bots zigging and zagging around makes me laugh. Second, in few hundred hours of playing I have encountered such blatant hacks twice. On the other hand the other "cheats" such as curies, shenlous, electric weapons, bendy bullets, titan flame weapons and etc I see in almost every single match. Funny enough, took hacker more time to destroy my bot than the above mentioned.
