It appears VOX is available for ACOINS in one of the gotcha thingies. 300 acoins a spin,

There are 30 "prizes", so if you don't get Vox in the first pull, then you'll get her on the last pull, which is 9000 acoins.
I suppose it would be nice to have another Legendary Guided pilot for if/when I ever get the new OP Guided weapon, Savant.

That, or it was wishful thinking on my part.

I wonder if this means Vox will be the next pilot to get released in-game. Maybe after the Savant 16 comes out. I noticed with Neev, she actually came out in-game pretty soon after Revoker 12. I'd assumed they would hang onto her for longer, to drive up real money sales. But now, the economics might be the opposite, especially with all the weapons out there now. That it's better for them to release the pilot sooner and then more people spend money on the weapon earlier, and then on buying scrap and A-Coins to level it all. IDK, it probably depends on sales metrics - I haven't really seen people rushing to get/upgrade Revoker so far. Given how many people have Helix Racks tho, I'm not sure sales for Savant will be all that different.

The firing mechanics and and flight path of the Savant missiles are completely different from Helix and Javelin. Judging from the one video I watched form Scape211, it's more direct confrontation with side step back to cover. I thought his usage of it on Lancer was brilliant. I don't have Lancer maxed but I think it would do well on my Shadow or Tengu. It's too bad Plarium never changed the power levels for light mechs. A maxed light mech has a really high power rating but there's no way it can stand up to maxed medium and heavy mechs. But, I guess with guns like SR8 and a good map and skill, light mechs can not only stand up but also beat and potentially dominate.
Side note, I do like how the Savant looks like a rocket pod!
