I will state again here as I may have caused the initial confusion - the Rog appears to be 5 total tasks, the 5th of which looks to be getting 85 beacons. Hopefully #1-#4 are equally achievable.

No i didn't realize that. Then i guess i'll keep on updating my Rog in hangar, because I'll have to be glued to the iphone for 2 weeks to get there... a 2 Rog/2 Griffin hangar would be epic.

Morning all...played the moon map 4 times today...it may work itself out but whichever team starts inside gets slaughtered. They lost all 4 in under 5 minutes, 2 of em were under 4 minutes and all 5 beacons owned.
Hopefully it will work itself out as it is a map built for combat, not sniping. Still find it odd that players are willing to lose a match and stay 1000 yards away from everyone.
Lastly...I only started about 6 weeks ago...so this is my first event. Are War Robots events geared for everyone or do they lean towards whales? Would like to see some free stuff cause, well, it is free stuff.

Not sure what you mean there, as the map is an exact mirror. Neither side has an advantage from its starting point. Past War Robots events were geared towards to playing a lot, to get event currency, to use to open chests that contained random prizes. Event currency would be earned based on damage, win or lose. You could also buy event currency, but it was pricey. The forum feedback generally indicates that everyone wins stuff in their chests, but no one is ever "happy" with what they win. But some guys, to be sure, do win some premium items. The hook is that if you open enough chests (750 was the number at the Xmas event), you get to open a superchest with only gold/premium items. But that usually takes some real money to get enough currency to open enough chests to earn the super chest.

haha...the christmas event seduced me into paying my first ever real money!
I still didn't play enough to open the 'super' chest. Saw that bar going up so I figured...why don't I just boost this and be sure to get enough event currency. Then it seemed to hardly move anymore after that.

Yes, I fell into that trap too, thinking "almost there, almost there!". It was on the forum that I read the 750 number, so then knew how many chests I still needed to get there. My superchest prize that event was my Rogatka, so this event brings me full circle. I did not bother in the Lunar New Year event, as I never came close enough to ~750 to warrant buying to the finish line. I think it took ~7,500 event coins/snowflakes to get there, and I was lucky if I was earning ~100/day without buying. My math isn't perfect, but it gives you an idea of what it takes. I believe many people have correctly shown that just buying gold and purchasing your items is the more efficient route to getting what you want, but damned if the chests aren't fun to open...

I would guess I am around 10 battles on the new map...10-0...closest the other team has come is lasted to around 3:30 left. Seems to almost always turn into a bloodbath under the bridge.

randle613 I think it's because it is new and you happen to be on the side that knows what they are doing. Those players who participated in the test servers which included the moon map are at a huge advantage for a period of time.

If I heard it correctly is that there are about 60 missions in total so there would be at list 12 sets of 5 missions so 56-60 would be the Rog.
