Well its good to see you are still trying to get through to those people. I've tried talking to them before about subtle hacking and people that need to be investigated but basically got blown off by them.

You know what…… The style of writing, tonality, mannerism, sentence construction and how the response is set out/ coherence, all point to an Ai response from something like chatgpt. I reckon you are having a conversation with an Ai language module 😀 At most, there is a customer service guy generating a response using an Ai ( ie. manual input instead of a fully automated response handling).
Just for fun, here is an example that I fiddled with in chatgpt.
complaint. “ Generate a sympathetic response to a war robots player who submits the following complain “why don’t you care at all about obvious tankers ruining the play experience”. Include an apology for late response and sight the reason that the customer service team has been busy due to large numbers of incoming tickets.”
Response “I apologize for the delayed response, and I understand your frustration with the presence of tankers in War Robots and the impact they have on your gameplay experience. Our customer service team has been handling a large number of incoming tickets, which has caused the delay in addressing your concern. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I want to assure you that the developers of War Robots do care about addressing the issue of tanking. They are committed to creating a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. While it may seem like they are not taking action, please understand that addressing tanking is a complex challenge that requires careful consideration of various factors.
The developers are continuously working on implementing measures to combat tanking and maintain a balanced gameplay experience. They analyze data, monitor player feedback, and refine their strategies to effectively tackle this issue. However, it may take some time to fully address the problem due to its complexity and the need for thorough evaluation.
To assist in their efforts, I encourage you to report any instances of tanking or suspicious activity you come across in the game. By reporting these players, you contribute to the developers' understanding of the problem and help them take appropriate actions against those who engage in unfair practices.
Once again, I apologize for the delayed response and any inconvenience caused. The developers appreciate your feedback and are dedicated to improving the game to provide a better gaming experience for all War Robots players. ”
I bet that I could get the response much much closer if I know what their inputs are and what Ai they are using. They would also have message length restrictions in their inputs and other factors they want to have included.

The comparison is uncanny that's for sure. I found one way to at least aggravate pixonic is to leave an updated response in reviews (1 star negative of course) and make known how you feel there.. last time I did that.. I definitely pissed someone off and they responded to my review, " Next time contact us directly with your criticisms before posting here."

By people in the stalls in the bathrooms. You know, they permanently attached they to the stalls. Which would or could explain the delays; they are dealing with severe bouts of constipation as a company in whole. Which would also explain their 「dookie」 answers.

Which would or could explain the delays; they are dealing with severe bouts of constipation as a company in whole. Which would also explain their 「dookie」 answers. The level of English displayed in those responses are exceptional. Top percentile stuff. No way Pix would be hiring people of that calibre for multiple languages. I can envisage people with average English skills utilising Ai out of their bathrooms. They pick up a ticket, get the gist of the content, input the query along with suggested prompts and the Ai does the rest. Just token complaint handling at an incredibly high speed by a relatively low paid worker probably being based in a country with low wages. The other notable aspect of Ai generated responses is vagueness. Vague responses like what OP received. A top English linguist would be more to the point and address OP’s complaint just as coherently as the Ai did. The Ai hasn’t got enough information and subject matter expertise to be more direct so it masks those missing attributes by relying on vagueness. The vagueness is what’s pissing off OP. In effect there is no substance and depth to the response and OP is directed to the in game mechanism to lodge his complaint while at the same time being indirectly told to piss off. On a side note, I mentioned several times that pix knows who the tankers are. They monitor it closely while balancing revenue with gaming experience. Customer service reports like above are a waste of time. Reporting tankers via the app will pick up the high fliers and those tankers will be the only ones that Pix will pay further attention to and even those high fliers will be initially approach by system generated messages. I bet, hackers will always jump the queue in terms of real people addressing such anomalies…… and there are a lot of hackers.

I’m well aware that the complaint system does nothing and that my reports are also shouting into the void. It simply cathartic stress relief in action. If I can squeeze a tiny bit of humor from it in the process, so much the better. I agree that Pix MUST know who the clubbers/tankers are. It’s just too dead simple to identify the ones I report. I also believe that they are laughing all the way to the bank, without a care in the world. Why would they not be? They don’t seem to have a shred of decency. It’s why I have stopped paying them anything. But stop playing? Oh no. I will remain a drain on their resources as long as I can have fun doing so.
