I lost access to my profile in WarRobots (on Android)
I wrote a full description of the problem with all the data and screenshots in those support, but for more than 10 days there has been no answer (
What should I do?

where did you download the game? google play store, or somewhere else? I think that's the gateway. just to be clear, there are no pixonic employees here. just gamers

Do you have any specific details of how you lost your account? Did you uninstall the app, switch Play Store profiles, or have a shotty device? If you do, please tell us as maybe we can help then.
As Gus just said, none of us here are actual Pixonic staff, so while we may be able to offer advice, we cannot fix your problem.
