I always understood that the higher tiers of Extermination required damn near max'd hangars to get platinum across the levels, and I was always ok with that. Generally, I could usually manage plat, plat, gold, silv, silv across the 5 levels, with the right hangars suited for the 2 stage ones, and some strategic brains in play (Scotch not withstanding).
After the last update, something wasnt quite right compared to previous versions. I was getting consistent numbers in Level 5, too consistent given various strategic approaches I attempted. I had a good feel what was needed and where, and swapped some stuff around in my 2 hangars to even the odds. Then something happened that initiated a Spock eyebrow raise, I was 3 kills away from making 100 for silver on level 5 stage 2, I had my Titan left and on my last bot with 1:20 on the clock, then the level suddenly ended like all was normal and I had run out of things to spawn. My son confirmed what I saw, more than minute left. 3 kills would have been a cake-walk at that point.
WT'Frak.
I attempted the level again several times and it was like a brick wall had been put in place after that last attempt, numbers were low on stage 2, and always within a narrow envelope. Statistically impossible given previous results. I asked my Son to watch along, note the time and numbers of kills as I blew critters away. After 2 runs, my Son noted that tick kills were not being counted all the time, and that the clock seemed to speed up at certain points. A third and final run, with a digital timer in hand, and keen eyes, we discovered 2 things for sure. In one case, there were 8 ticks I hustled into 1 spot with my Skyros in bowling ball mode, and F bombed them: 64 kills on the board, 8 destroyed instantly, kill score now 68. My math is decent still, and 64+8 is not 68, granted, I did not attempt any advanced forms of Algebra or Calculus to wiggle 64+8 into 68, I assumed from the get-go it wouldnt work anyways... my 6th grade Son confirmed it is indeed not 68, and never will be (go figure). The second confirmed issue: With 1 minute left on the match clock, my Son hit the timer set for 1 min. As I approached the apparently magic number of 84, the match clock sped up. When the match ended, the match clock hit zero, the digital timer showed 7 to 8 seconds left.
「fluffernutter」 you Pigsonic. Youre a bunch of 「fluffernutter」ing 「multiple bum-bums」.
I uninstalled the game. I'm done.

Possibly a bit of lag affecting the kill count and timer? I think they have only very minorly made the final two stages a little harder. Sending out higher level enemies to test your resolve.
If it was not for Cinder Luchador, I don't think I would be able to finish level 4 and 5. I was cutting it very fine even getting to the second stage and realised I did not have a nuclear amp loaded on one bot and that made all the difference, falling short on kills by a handful can be annoying.

Everything was perceptibly smooth as it should be. Lag wouldnt account for a speeding clock either, quite the opposite usually. There are too many simple code mechanisms available to make sure time maintains proper sync with reality... and plenty to tweak a clocks speed as well Its cheating pure and simple. They immediately spam with offers after those levels, so I cant attribute it to anything 'honest'. Its all been too much of a hustle lately, getting worse by the day/week/update. Given Pigsonics history on manipulating everything and everybody as a matter of routine, the M.E.S.S. knows no bounds any more. A good part if the game seems akin to illegal online gambling IMHO, and should probably be investigated. IMHO, the game is collecting $$$$ stats and play/hangar metrics on each player, customizing their playability to get them into specific tiers, then creating ambiguous artificial boundaries that can only be surmounted when sufficient $$$$ has been spent. IF the kills were counted properly, and the timer 'normal', I wouldve spanked that last level every time. That last cluster 「fluffernutter」 of 'fun' killed whatever fun I was able to have with the game. All the MG stuff and War Robots is removed from my PC. My hanger will not see the light of day again. Pigsonic cant go get [INSERT EVERY VULGAR WORD YOU CAN THINK OF HERE].

Check if it isn’t lag as per above. Time it from the start of the match. Also agree that it seems a bit harder to get recently.
I generally end up with 4 plats and 1 gold. I can’t do plat in stage 4 because of not having the right titan. Two ochos with bling make the other stages easily achievable. One is MK 2.1 the other is mk1.9. Weapons all mk1.12 and it makes little difference once the nuke amps are charged.
Edit. If u run Ochos, run ‘‘em from the start so their amps charge up as the other bots get more numerous and harder to kill.

No need to time it from the start of the match. A 7-8 second spread is an eternity in computing, a 1 minute spread really isnt possible under common circumstances. All CPU's have several timers built in to them, all code relies on timing abstracts, so all executions and data piping stay in sync. Large drifts dont 'just happen' unless something is seriously broken hardware-wise (which means it probably cant run to begin with), OR its intentional in the code.
