So, I was just checking out the stats of the QC16 and it's 8 shots to apply stasis and overheat. So, If you have two of them, would it apply stasis and overheat in 4 shots? Kinda like how GBs apply the implosion twice as fast when you have 2?

Yeah 4 shots from dual weapons. And then if you get either the Overheat and Stasis gold implants and then max them, it would just be one shot from both.

Thanks! I understand what people are saying now about how it's a crippled weapon until you throw implants at it. I still think EMR and RG will out perform it unless you put it on a Panther or only go after targets that are not facing you.

Mayer video on test server with pilot, overheat and damage implant: 31k average readout per shot. Mayer video on live server with no pilot: 9.1k average damage readout per shot. Just like TL, Stasis/Grav beams, the status effect buildup only lasts about 1.5 seconds before going back to 0 when the target stops receiving damage. Would be a decent weapon if it weren't in the wrong class.

Unlike the beam weapons, every EN rating takes the same amount of shots to activate the status effects. The overheat and Stasis implants only come in legendary flavor. Having the overheat implant is important enough to not even think about the weapon without it, given the implant gatcha. The only niche I see it filling is using the 12s on Eclipse or Reedeemer for harassment. With instant overheat, it's basically the best "assault" weapon in the game. Epic reload implant brings it down to 5ish seconds. You said you're not a fan of EMs,even so, unless you get the Martian, running 2 Rail builds is still the best bang for your buck on legendary pilots.
