Some days, when logging in to the game, I receive 300 keys in the 'Specials'. Some days I see the 300 keys item but it says 'unavailable'. Has anyone figured out what one needs to do to qualify to receive the 300 keys, or whether it's luck, or buggy?

The keys that are part of the tabs... can be done for free everyday. If it stops mid way it usually a game issue or you can clear your cache. Ive found if u do all the supply cetre (4 spins) for free it may interfere with other free things such as the 10 key black market chest that u can also spin for free.
You get one spin after completing a regular game match. Up to like 7 or so... give or take.
Ive heard that clearing your cache can also give additional access to adds but im too lazy for that.
Hope that helps... tried not to get to wordy but if any questions shout out.... someone here will likely put two cents in.
PS save up the keys for the events that give 150 or 200% bonus... usually about 4 events per cycle, last one will be usually aroind two days before the cycle ends

yeah, some of the ad bonuses have a daily quota which you can add to by playing matches. you might see a message like "play another match". but those ones in the specials tab should all be available. if it's saying "unavailable, please restart", it's a server issue. I just wait a bit, or come back later, and they show up again. I never tried the cache clearance but if you're in a hurry, it's a thing.

I'll be waiting for that 150% or 200% black market bonus a close to the end of the cycle.

Sometimes there's also just a time delay. I've seen the button go from "unavailable" to active after a delay.
