Which Pilot for Imugi

As the title shows, I am just looking for some simple advice here. I got Mao Ling with my Imugi and was planning to use her, but of course right as my Imugi is upgrading to level 9 I get Monique Lenormand, meaning I now have the choice. Both skills seem good, but the thing I wonder about is how Monique’s skill works. The skill reads “While Imugi is flying, its guns deal additional damage and mitigate enemy’s defence. (they actually spelled it as defence)” with a 15% boost specified. Is it +15% damage and mitigation, or +15% damage and 100% mitigation? Obviously 15% versus 100% mitigation is a big difference, and probably makes the choice way easier if it is 100%. For anyone who does not know, Mao’s ability lets Imugi repair allies in a radius after landing as well as grant 60 defense points (37.5% resistance) for 10 seconds, with the exact durability repaired not being specified. Geez Pixonic needs to work on their pilot ability descriptions! Anyway, any and all input, as well as clarification of the pilots’ abilities, is appreciated!
