As most of you know war robots is just... To be brutally honest its just 「fluffernutter」ed
So a list of my personal favorite alternative games seems like a good idea to me

The other War Robots game we all forgot

You can literally get this on a fridge

Mobile (it used to be perfect but the adpocalypse happened so now its slightly less)
Literally anything
Also guys mech arena is a good mech game even though the art style is more cartoony
And i know thats the only thing you dislike about it considering theres not a single person mentioning it

The thing is though is that there are no good alternatives on mobile. PC has endless options and console has a few choices, but if you want an accessible, on-the-go mech game, War Robots is really your only choice. This is something that deserves its own thread, but I really do think the reason this game is still going despite how badly Pixonic treats it is due to a lack of competition. If Mech Assault picked up steam again or Battle of Titans or World of Robots got its big break, Pixonic would be in huge trouble. But until then, Pixonic is basically guaranteed an audience.

I think all mobile games have micro-transactions, and that is the fundamental problem for players. We don't see this business model in console/PC games as much, at least for now.
So... really there is no good alternative to War Robots because they all follow the same business model.

My apm is like 60 and I make it work Regular coop gets pretty challenging at brutal difficulty imo, weekly mutations are impossible at brutal for me lol. Upgrades help a lot, i play with Raynor - Renegade Commander skill set, bio units get 50% hp buff with that skill set, marines kick 「bum-bum」 big time  What commander do you play? I love playing 1v1 also, but i get overwhelmed pretty regularly, I'm at gold 2 mmr with Terran, silver with Protoss. Personally can't get a grip on playing Zerg, I'm also at 50-60 APM, and i think xou need a lot more to play Zerg effectively, so much maintenance, larva and creep management, drones mechanics... |

I play WoR, it is similar to the original Walking War Robots. Warframe = space ninja, surprisingly fun. Warthunder = tanks, boats, planes. Star Sonata = space bases & ships.

... The other War Robots game we all forgot ... Did you mean Frontiers? It's almost sad how it's going for that game. Only four people currently playing it and all steam forum activity ceased. There's one very dedicated player (War Robots veteran too) that posts every few days, otherwise it's a ghost town. Maybe Pixonic has some aces up its sleeves on that one but for now it seems they murdered it even before it had a chance take off. |

War robot alts
If you don’t want the headache, here’s a few ideas-
1. Go outside for a walk.
2. Go out and socialize
3. House/yard work
4. Go exercise
5. Anything else healthier than letting a gold digging game raise your blood pressure and anxiety level.

I play WoR, it is similar to the original Walking War Robots. I played WoR, but things got nuts at level either 7 or 8 and it turned me right off. Getting matched up with new level 7/8 pilots vs long-time level 9's was stupid. I quit after a few days of that mess.
A shame because the game had a fair amount of promise. |

It might have a remake on pc and may exist on other consoles not 100% sure
Its free to play and takes most of the good from titanfall and war robots and slaps it together in what has to be the greatest free to play mech game on earth
Console so theres no ads
Technically microtransactions but just for either unlocking stuff early or cosmetics
Only minor non cosmetic customization
A slightly grindy but not annoying economy
Very Walking War Robots style bots
Ill admit it is first person but its relatively fine after a little getting into it
Seemingly hack free
Similar to wrf but just inherently better
Biggest con to me is theres a map where 40-60% of it is absolutely devoid of any light whatsoever making it 「fluffernutter」ing impossible to see
Now the part that will get anyone already interested itching to start by yesterday
Theres no bull「dookie」
Seriously
No power creep
No pay to win
No egotistical pricks who think that theres no consequence to blatant and utter theft
