 So I picked up these squalls (like a social disease) from the last event. I haven't invested much in the Heimdall and not that into the support role for my Titans. But this looks pretty sick. Has me itchy to upgrade but before I blow through a wad of Platinum thoughts on the build? |

Squalls are not so great. You need to be at point blank range to do any decent damage, and Heimdall is not suited for close range brawling. Heimdall is better suited for mid-range support IMO. Agree, it looks sick though.  |

As others have said, Squalls are pretty meh these days and are also not a good fit for the fragile Heimdall. Squalls are basically only usable on Minos or Indra, and Heimdall is best with Lantern, Krait, Pantagruel, or especially Evora. Whichever you like more (Squall or Heimdall), you should go with and ditch the other part.

You people dont play heimdall right if you're unwilling to rub chassis' with reds
Heimdall can take the heat if you're in offensive mode
Support mode is dog「dookie」 so i dont know why youd use it anyway

Even in assault mode, maxed with maxed modules and weapons, Heimdal does not do well toe to toe in top leagues, but that is great youre having a good experience with it in Gold league. |

I can usually take down a 3/4 healthy Heim by myself in a spider, as long as its not outfitted with bubble guns. Anything else I can handle. |

Thanks everyone I'll keep a lid on my platinum for now.
I've got maxed out Vajras and Evoras so seems like squalls sweet as they look are perma-hold.
Sell them or hang on for a 2032 buff?

I wouldn't sell them. You never know when Pixonic will buff things. Look at all the Glory weapons being used right now. |

I always hold onto at least 4 of every type of gun. Even when I'm desperate for silver. You never know when you're going to want to level up something for variety or due to a unforeseen buff. |
