Thought I’d share this video of MA recommendations to the developers from Gangster JABS.
Personally, I liked many of them myself. Especially anything that buffed content that got hit too hard by the M$WBU.

Agree with most but Eclipse does not need a buff, implant or otherwise and EMRs are still ridiculously powerful in the hands of AI or players with control advantages. Just nerf the damage a bit more and make the laser sticky.

So here's Gangsta's latest which is a comprehensive breakdown of all the A-Coins you can earn:
I actually track my A-Coin earnings per week on a little notepad (totally recommend this as a way to decrease impulse spending btw) but I don't bother counting A-Coins from crates. Interesting to see the breakdown, especially as now I tend to hoard crates for Playoff Events. Seeing the breakdown made me realize I should probably take more advantage of free ads than the two I watch per day. I hate ads, but if I break it up to a few each time I log in, it should be fine. Between A-Coins and blueprints, I am leaving a lot on the table tbh. Anyway, I grabbed a screenshot of the crates accounting for easier reference, but the calculations are slightly off. He posted a note later saying it should be 0.4 AC per silver crate and not the 0.3 he used for these numbers:

S1E1Does that chart seriously peg general gameplay and Advert coins only coming out to 160 ~per week~? Also, upon returning to the ashes of money spent, half of the weapons roster and a third of the mech roster is still unobtainable by gameplay. I now regret the money I spent when I had it to spend. "Gold gear or bust" leaves me in a spot where I'd need several thousand coins just to replace what was nerfed via ranks. It would be really nice to have a game like this, that isn't a money pit.

I'd have hoped they did something that made the game bearable in terms of grinding. Just so you guys know, the new alternative to the exp track just has the unobtainable stuff listed for RM rank 3 prices. The part where there aren't any actual alternatives to these money pits forms this kind of game is the worst. |
