You have to take damage (20K) to activate it. If you get destroyed really quick it is useless. If you keep going you get increases in your durability over time/ every 20K in damage. It stays with you for the whole game or... again... until you get destroyed.
You can look at the images on the left of your screen to see how it is amplifying... if you are able

YES.
My Fenrir has one maxed. It helps.
You can also run them on some Healers like Mender. Played right with the Marie Leclair pilot it can become VERY hard to kill.
I also run one on my Imugi. Some decent HP at 220K but due to stealth and speed it can survive for a while and take advantage of the Immune Amp.

This game will take you over the edge IF YOU LET IT. Dont chase the meta, there is always the next game to shine, if you spend think about the decision BEFORE spending, but overall, find YOUR fun. This game will and can drive you mad, no doubt. There are days where I question "why do i do this to myself?" before i put the game down, let the frustration subside, and find something more productive to do. |

As long as no one's breaking their device in half... i was JUST thinking that reading through the responses. This game will take you over the edge IF YOU LET IT. Dont chase the meta, there is always the next game to shine, if you spend think about the decision BEFORE spending, but overall, find YOUR fun. This game will and can drive you mad, no doubt. There are days where I question "why do i do this to myself?" before i put the game down, let the frustration subside, and find something more productive to do. That’s why, if I get three bad losses in a row, I step away. Because my self worth need that. Finally got my bots to a competitive level. Just going to keep adding new things into the stew every now and then. |

When the two formulas are more evenly matched, that is when we can more easily perceive the activated functions of mods like modules and drones. One easy way to really see the IA functioning is to objectively watch a youtuber showcasing and explaining it. |

I've been running Hazard/ Decay build for a while. It hits hard, has good range (600M) and reloads pretty quick. Honestly... with Fenrir you really cant go wrong with any of the more tanky weapons. (Aesthetics of the builds are also important to me and this Cryptic beast tics the box.)  |

Only weapons I run on Fenrir medium slots are Hazzards, green goo, rust rockets, and fire...sorry, lock-down weapons every so often depending on the heavy slot. Fenrir is an "ultra-tank" as tanks go but weird on the weapons side with lots of potential for damage as compared to say a Invader who is a "pure-tank" due to its limited fire power. Some swear by Havocs in the medium slots but I tend to kill those same Fenrir running Hazzards in a 1 Vs. 1 90%+ of the time.
EDIT: Sorry forgot to answer the original post question...
Immune amp is a beast on tanks that can regen well, or on healers. O.K. healers have a lower health pool but can regen fast enough in most cases to regain the benefits of IA if they are not in a brawl solo. Grey healers like Mender use IA very well & become nearly unkillable by end of match if started as first spawn, I often have to blow my IA/RA/AC Mender up to spawn my titan in most times.
