second solution is trying to upgrade something cheap to see if that works
third thing is do a battle than try after that
fourth thing is check if ur progress is saved with whatever platform ur on, if it is than delete the app and re download it. if its not saved than you NEED TO SAVE IT, i once lost an account to saving problems, when the game updated my profile was deleted because it wasnt saved
fifth thing if none of those work
talk to the pixonic helplin(they are kinda useless but its worth a try)
