So here's what I've seen so far in the leaver league/fun loving criminals. I've had some fun but now I'm seeing it for the train wreck it is. It's basically kicking people out of the game without having the balls to actually ban them (how delightfully PC of them)
Expert and Diamond elite s「go solo」y paint job 5x12/12 bots slaughtering bronze and silver bots. Often one side will have several while the other side will have none.
5 vs 1 matches (I've been on both sides and sometimes the five side will be all Diamond or higher, sometimes all Bronze. 「whiskey tango foxtrot」).
3 vs 3 matches that remind me of playing Five Aside Footie. Quick, vicious, and a lot of fun.
My point is that this tanker league is real puke. If you are high level, you can fekkin' clean up in there. You always nail the gold, and you scrape up a lot of silver from ripping the bronzes apart.
And here's the punchline, if you are trying to leave the tanker league, you won't quit the match no matter how bad the anal ravaging you're taking. So you serve up your whole hanger to the grinder. which equals plenty of silver for the winners
I'm trying to get out, and yeah, more often than not I'm the git who's doing the killing and making the gold and silver at appalling rates because guess what, even though I don't like stomping the outnumbered guys, I can't hit 'leave', and if I don't commit maybe that's going to keep me there longer.
Yep, I also sit through the occasional barrages of no less than THREE12/12 TT Furies with custom paintjobs just sitting there killing us all, and these tossers will have a few of these in their hanger. This also makes me think that this karma thing is like karma in the real world. Total bollocks.
I've played well over fifty battles, I've never left once, never sat idle once. I've even fed my hanger to a grinder team on several occasions rather than quit and I'm still in there.
I'm baffled as to why obvious bronze players (3 low level bots and low level weapons) are even there. Sure they were tanking a few matches to get easier foes so they could maybe make a little gold and silver because guess what, the levels they should be at are full of people from even higher levels who have tanked down to kick arse. And now they're fed to every tanker from every level above them?
I backed off from Gold because I was tired of getting shredded by wicked high level gimps who had tanked down to rustle up extra cash or to have an easier time (maybe even to escape uber elite who have tanked down to their level for the same reason).
My only conclusion is that it'll take so much effort to repair this game that it's just easier to start from scratch. I don't think Battle Titans is a rival game. I think it's a fresh start and with all these piss poor decisions and quite baffling moves of late, it's intended to ensure a smooth transfer of War Robot players across to the new game.
I saw this in the LARP game Labyrinthe in England, the game had been rules exploited by the veterans to an extent that it was almost unplayable, so they conjured an event that demolished the whole system and in effect allowed a restart with everything they had learned about what to do and what not to do. It couldn't be implemented in the old entrenched regime and so boom. Basically re-invent the whole thing. All the high levels who lost everything migrated across despite all their mewling because guess what? You 「bum-bum」-faces like playing the game. What else are they going to do, put away the rubber sword and take up knitting?
I'm having decent fun in Ditcher Hell, it's very random, and very weird. Every match keeps you on your toes, but clearly the vast majority of actually undeserving people (they're just sick of getting massacred) are having a terrible time and I'm not sure they've established a way for them to get out, and with the awful matchmaker system for leagues plenty of people are going to continue to be sent there and served up to the high level demons ruling that league.

porcupyne This is an accurate description of the League of Fun Loving Criminals. I've played 40 straight matches without pressing the Leave button and I haven't made it out. Like you I have been making buckets of Ag and Au. If you want to play a match in the no-fun-leagues then squad up with people who arent in the tanker league.

Tanker league I think has a time limit as well as a match limit. Wait 8 hrs and you should be back to normal

Think i finally made it in for skipping maps even tho pix said it was fine to do, and i skipped within the 10 sec countdown. If thats the case expect a ?poo-poo? load of population coming in soon. Could be what breaks the camels back for a lot of fustrated low level players. Pix keeps diggin their own hole imo.

Guys one question: why do you want out? This is the perfect heaven for the tanker
...And from the complaints of being in it, it seems to be working as it was designed to.

Does it last for 96 hours? you have to clear your karma(play x matches all the way) followed by a certain time limit. I skipped 10 maps and it dropped me in the queue but after playing 10 full matches I was still in the queue ( I was playing the same 2 guys). But after 8 hours I was back to normal.

I've been in since Monday morning and my oh my it is indeed fun in there, not to mention profitable. Getting to shred a level 4 destrier and then immediately dive into a knife fight with a 12/12 Lancelot? And wait, who's this coming round the corner, a Vityaz with autocannon, a spiderbot, or a Fury with fully upgraded Zeus. You never know what's coming next. I'm also baffled by the amount of people still ditching. Some people snag a token beacon and then pop, others wait a minute and then pop. Are they still trying to plummet their score before being 'good boys' again? I've checked and a lot of them are bronze, how much lower do they think they can go? Diamonds and Experts also sometimes seem to make a token stab at the battle so I think they're still trying to get their score down while trying to 'participate' so that when they emerge they're a lot lower in the leagues which is not going to be easy considering even a couple of high level salvos will help win the match and put you right at the top of the scoreboard for it (and sorry, there's no function to set your trio of Tridents to 'fairydust' and those maxed out Thunders to 'tickle' I say this because by playing honest, I am rapidly moving through leagues. If it takes a week of play to escape Tanker Hell I'll probably be closing in on some really high stuff that I ordinarily could never hope to get close to. When I come out, I am going to get fekkin shreeeeeeded Hmmm, another loophole? Get as high as you can in the Leagues, do a really egregious tank session (enter and ditch as many times as possible in a row) and then fight for your life. There's a good chance that you might emerge straight from Hell into the Champion League. Get your name up on that big juicy scoreboard of the Legends League. Okay, time to sniff that brimstone and dance a jig on the throats of the lower level damned souls in Tanker Hell.

Unless of course you never, ever get out....but would that be bad? Are you having fun? Then I'm not really seeing the downside here for anyone doing this save the non 6v6 play.

I'm totally reminded of Blackadder... "The Leagues are for people who like to do League things - capping beacons, helping team-mates, providing support, staying to the end of the battle, and playing every maps that's given to you." "Whereas Tanker Hell on the other hand is for people who like the other sorts of things - just going for the throat, stomping noobz, earning flipping great wads of cash, skipping any map you want. Yep, leave the Leagues and you'll have the time of your life!"

Tanker league sounds like a lot more fun than the crap the MM has been throwing at me. Doesn't sound like a very big disincentive.

I don't ditch in battle but I do leave Springfield, Yama, and canyon within the 15 second limit. I was sure pixonic said that this would be fine but I have been stuck in tanker purgatory for quite a while now. It's alright if you are high level but it must be frustrating for those with bad hangars.
The map skipping should either be disallowed or there should be a map selection screen built in. The way it is now I'm betting plenty of folks are getting caught in tanker queue without any clue why.

It's not all fun and games in the leaver queue. This is what they don't tell you about:
1) It takes a lot longer to get enough players for a game. I've seen anywhere from 30seconds to 1min20. Time that could be spent earning in regular games 2) It's so popular now that it's mostly all full games, no idlers. If I look around it's 5v5 or 6v6 all playing normally. 3) Typically 1-2 master/champion league players every game. You're not really competitive unless you're 9/9+ 4) Get used to being clubbed by professional seal-clubbing squads from Warwolves, VTSC, Chinese teams, etc. 5) Low player games make long maps extremely painful 6) Yes, tridents everywhere
I spent some time in leaver's league to see what it's like. It's good if you like fast games and don't mind getting your 「bum-bum」 whooped (a lot) by max TT players. Games get lopsided quickly and that actually is a good thing. It end no-win games quicker. Leave your ego at the door and don't whine about being clubbed by masters and champions players.

This thread is seriously tempting me to give leaver queue a spin... No loss for me since I never play solo anyway.

This hasn't been my experience, i've played over 50 matches in the Leaver Queue so far. 1) I haven't really experienced more than a 30s wait 2) I'm still getting tons of ditchers and idlers (usually 8/12 players or fewer actually getting damage in a match) 3) Nope, you'll see master/champion guys frequently but not every match. I'd say its closer to 20% 4) I haven't seen any full squads in the Leaver Queue 5) Long maps are painful only if you like playing slow bots 6) There are less tridents than a typical Diamond league match on Android Leave Queue is great fun if you have a hangar like mine with mobile bots and decently leveled (mine is mostly 8/8 with a 12/12 plasma Gareth). Or maybe I'm just a great pilot, and skill really shines through in games with fewer players on each side.

I'll post some attachments of the IOS reality below: - examples of matchups regularly taking more than minute - in a typical game, everyone tries to play and score, up to the point they lose and quit. No idlers - regularly play against championship or masters league players, almost every game - but league means nothing in tanking. Lower ranked players are loaded with L12 weapons. - You don't need full squads to be stomped. 2-3 squadded TT players and the game is over with blues bailing

i think i have the biggest problem i ever seen. i think i'm out Super-criminal Loving League.... i'm a Professional Tanker/sealClubber from before pixonic designed first gepard, i know exactly how to teach noobies to run... but now, after 3 days of fully passioante love, alone in red wild with my 11/12 Hangar, i can assume that i truly in Silver 1 Tier as well... too much allies, everyone seems politically correct, no 3vs 6/ no 2 vs 5/ no 4 vs4 matches, only 6 on 6 way, but i have to change my hangar, trash out stalkers, carnage replacing them with some serious stuff for smarter plays...
i win obviously, my hangar belongs on Expert 3 league of course, but i can reach only 5 AU per match for most damages... it's a problem. my question: why i am out? can i jump in again?
need only 800 Au

Good that you guys are having fun in your newly designed hell.. Hope you find a way to stay there for good or that Pix find a way to make it really tough and fair to go back to normal.
It's a win-win scenario.. Pix won't lose ratings by banning players and both types of players, be it trashy or classy will each stay happy..
Hope other game makers also learn that trash shouldn't be mixed with the good stuff.

I skipped 3 maps now all my team is starting recruits and has been like this for over a week of me not leaving of skipping. And 9 times out of 10 the new guys are on my team versus a whole squad of maxed players, such fun it is..... LOL
The only time I get good games is in a squad battle and then it's usually the same clan over and over again so yea.... Kinda getting boring this is why I finally made a forums account to see what others thoughts are about the nonsense these days....

Tanker league I think has a time limit as well as a match limit. Wait 8 hrs and you should be back to normal What do you base this on? Actual communication from Pixonic or a wild-arse guess?
