Do you find yourself inexplicably unable to knock out targets with just a sliver of health left? See, now I've gotten suspicious of that, even though it could be some drone mechanic happening or it could be the player's just hit the Repair button and it's repairing at the same speed I'm damaging, or I'm just missing because I've got buck fever or something. |

I gave up on the specific distance tasks a long time ago and was still at 0/10 on this one after first couple days, managed to get to 1/10 today.

See, now I've gotten suspicious of that, even though it could be some drone mechanic happening or it could be the player's just hit the Repair button and it's repairing at the same speed I'm damaging, or I'm just missing because I've got buck fever or something. yep, or someone else a million miles away somehow steals your kill, or the targeting flips to another player miles away and protects them...it's not inexplicable, it's a purpose built game mechanic! And like the MM, it sucks! |

I’ve had something like this happening for a while, it’s almost like Pixonic programmed a mechanic in the game where players exponentially take less damage the less health they have, with it really ramping up at the end. I swear, getting that last sliver off their health bar takes as long as working through the first third of their health! |

I’ve had something like this happening for a while, it’s almost like Pixonic programmed a mechanic in the game where players exponentially take less damage the less health they have, with it really ramping up at the end. I've wondered if it might also relate to the new pilot skills that kick in when you're at 30% health remaining. I think I've got that on my Peregrine Rain Leo. |

I've started running a couple of them on my bots, and you are way stronger when you are at a quarter health than full health. Yeah, it’s amazing how you can catch somebody in the open, lock them down, take away 150-200k HPs, and you’ve got them on the ropes right? Negatory Blue Dog Leader. So boom! up goes the absorber! No worries, gives you a few seconds to reload. purple shield gone? Cool. You then empty all 3-4 weapons, full mags, and still they’re not dead…. But by that time, I might be. And the targeting isn’t helping… Let manual actually be manual. Why can’t I just kill the guy I’m actually trying to kill? I have no desire to stop that process, to shoot something under the deck on carrier only to have to re-toggle 57 times? Maddening! And this should be an easy fix for everybody, as witnessed by improving the target acquisition and other pilot skills… |
