The driving force behind the "No spending in March" campaign highlights what has been happening for quite some time: changes within the game or issues unresolved that leave players (who are also Pixonic's customers) feeling short changed.
What evidence is there for the lack of respect? - #1 issue for everyone, match making - the constant introduction of the "new OP thing" - in-game bugs not getting fixed - cheats/hacks not getting closed off
and on and on it goes.
All of this points to a root cause where the management of Pixonic simply have no respect for its customers.

I’m gonna go with maybe. They will happily concede things when they sense the player base is at its breaking point or they can work around it in the long term, but generally do just treat us as a cash cow. However, I do see an effort to provide a good game with high quality models and animations. Too bad management just wants the programers rushing out new content instead of slowing down to fix major issues with the game. It really is back and forth.

As long as you give them money on a regular basis they will tolerate or even placate you, but def no respect IMO and a dancing cucumber for everyone to enjoy  |

They respect the money coming. Pix intentionally inserts npc's to give advantage to VIP players. The reporting system doesn't even work because your reporting a vip or an npc so its flawed. This is why you cant communicate in the game with others and you cant see the incoming damage log when your at 80% health and behind a wall and all of a sudden you explode.

Hard NO. Their obsession with New Content vs. Fixing Existing, well documented issues. - Matchmaking
- League Organization
- Cheating (Speed Cheats, One shot kill etc.)
- Subtle Cheating
- Process for Reporting Cheating
- Glitches/ bugs (Seraph still goes through walls!!)
- Missing Maps
- Lack of New Maps (This for me is a positive and a new challenge vs. New OP Bot I will never have.)
- Tanking

depends on what one considers to be one's consumer base, doesnt it?
its pretty obvious that pix or whatever the new label is ( i cant be bothered to look it up atm)
actually caters to the uber whales as they continually pump resources into providing new ways for those "clients" to purchase victory and the resulting dopemine hits that follow. i would love to see the actual numbers on where the bulk of their profit comes from.
on the other hand, if you mean casual spenders and ftp players, absolutely not. the continual cycle of bait/switch-sell/nerf indicates its by design imo. uber whales are not affected as they just throw money at the problem and continue to crush.
( giving them the occasional bloody nose with my earned hanger is one of the only reasons left to play for me.)
now whether this is true in other regions of the world, one can only guess.
given the wests open hostility toward russia would anybody be surprised if they found out that the player base in countrys supporting the destruction of mother russia were treated less favorably??
tbh im kinda surprised that its not appearantly so.

They respect that players in general have no real power!
They respect that there is no law enforcement agency to force them to change or punish them for bad business practices.

Someday they’ll just start selling hormone shots to stimulate the feel good spots in the brain instead of anything in the game
Thaf way they keep the whales they want and give them the same effect for much much higher prices

They never will, ever. As I said multiple times leading up to me deleting everything from my hangars, they dont give a 「dookie」 because their purchase analytics show them the players will continue to spend and play regardless of game quality. As long as the players signal they dont give a 「dookie」, they wont give a 「dookie」 either. They will continue their physiological and psychological warfare on the players until it doesnt work anymore, so as we can see from people continuing to spend and play a broken bait and switch product, it will keep going and going and going. I sold everything and never looked back and my life is much better for it. I cant remember the last time I was here, just popping in to say hi, and, just sell it all and move on to something better lmao
