By now we are all used to Pixs ways and how they take more and give back very little if at all.
Logged in just to look over my hangar this morning, taking a small break from playing at the moment for the week until friday. They had a news report in detail somewhat of the drone rebalance.
I wasn't too pleased hearing how it looks. And of course it wouldn't be complete without a new currency.

I do not understand, how is rebalance a robbery? If someone paid money, then upgraded their hangar and then used that hangar do dominate players who paid less, then they got value out of the game, right? But it is Pix who decides when paying players had enough value for their money, not players. Players sign an agreement that Pix is free to do with the game whatever they want and whenever they want.

Think about the controversial “Planned Obsolescence” that phone companies use, where they intentionally lower the performance of perfectly fine phones to encourage oblivious people to buy newer ones. The same thing is at work here, and whether it is virtual or physical items does not really matter. |

Makes me kinda glad I barely put any effort into my drones, I just bought the silver cost collection and plugged in whatever I had on hand without upgrading anything.

This is why this game is made up of mostly NPC's inserted on teams, to help the high spenders win! Pix doesn't have enough real players to make teams anymore.
