I completely missed the Ao Ming bandwagon: I couldn't afford one and when I could, kinda, the meta had moved on. I think Ao Mings are either T2 or T3. No respect anymore. But! I have never had an Ao Ming or any flying Titan and I wanted to see what all the years of fuss is about. So during a 40% off event I maxed an AM and some limited edition Blindy laser weapons. Then I just pick and choose modules to bring over. Result? Fun! Weeee, I'm up in the air! The 600m range can be handy. Like ANY Titan I don't utterly lay waste to the battlefield but it is a fun, viable, and cheap-ish build. It's in my primary hangar watching over my two precious Lokis.

I tried it, no lie, but i am much more effective on the ground. Arty was always my go to, until i had too many resources and went with a burning bull, then maxed a nodes as well. I did toy with the AM for a bit, took it to level 40, but just wasn't my thing. Flying over shooting stuff is fun, but i am more of an "in the mix' player. BUT, now I know you have that thing in the air, I will be cautious of it should we cross paths again. Even better with us teamed up.

To run a Blinder Ao Ming, and it definitely was a sight to behold back in the Blinder’s heyday and is still a decent build. My Ao Ming is level 3 and the Blinders level 1, so if I am getting results from them at these low levels, I can only imagine how they do at higher levels. That build actually holds the current title of (almost) single-handedly giving me my current highest damage game ever, where I dropped it early on Springfield and proceeded to lay waste to the enemy team since they did not seem to have any substantial counters. In fact, I basically made the river be no man’s land with my Ao Ming. These days I run Titan Accelerator on it to held keep me away from the insta-kill Aethers and Indras, as while the Blinders hold up, the Ao Ming’s fragility is apparent once more.

I was able to use an Ao Ming prior to Pixonic reducing its health into an actual Ming vase. Kitted up with plasmas onboard and absolutely wrecked the open map spaces. Fun times. I chose not to spend Platinum on the Kid starter pack and saved up for the pretty bird.

Another build I would love to run but do not have leveled. What modules are you using Oliver Kloesov I put my Ao Ming back into rotation with the laser light show. Max Ming with Scavenger Lanterns and basic Dazzlers -> 1 x Anti Control, 2 x Onslaught, & 1 x Accelerator. Definitely mind the gap and keep it outside of 500 meters. The speed module helps in that regard.

Yep. Ao Ming is pretty much the definition of a "glass cannon" these days.
If I had one and were inclined to play it, I'd use a Titan Accelerator instead of the Cannibal Reactor and possibly consider a Self Fix instead of the Onslaught.

Unless the Self-Fix gets a major buff it wouldn't make much of a difference. Once almost anything gets ahold of me I get hurt pretty bad. OTOH, Accelerator is worth looking into, thanks. But, tbh, I drop the Titan just to say, "See? I have one too." If I have to drop my Titan it's typically game over one way or the other.

I figure if you're using a Ming, you're basically trolling people, anyway.
