VVitch Theme: Looks something like the Leech, Purple and Black Class: Titan Orientation: 2 Legs, 3 Beta 1 Alpha, normal turning, normal rotation, 1 built in weapon Weapon Placement: 4<@***4^--^5**>4
670,000hp 40 defense points 40 kph Modules: 2 Attack 1 Universal 1 Defense
Ability 1: Overcharge Type: Secondary Activation
VVitch stops moving, and has a puling pulse every .5 seconds. (Opposite of how Minos works) Before second activation is activated or ability ends all Robot's momentum is continued. (If a Shell is running to the left of you then they will run to the left even if they turn right, and be pulled by your radius.) Upon Second activation, The titan will send a Pushing pulse with enough force to send even titans flying. (Original Un-nerfed Minos but all pulses from that equal this pulse) Every second you wait to activate secondary activation, the pulling effect gets 10% stronger. During the whole ability, the Titan cannot move.
Pulling force: (I don't know how to measure this) Same as Minos Pushing force: As powerful as all charges of 1 old Minos run (First release) Radius: 100m Damage per pulling pulse: 2,000 Damage in pushing pulse: 30,000 Ability duration: 10 seconds Cooldown: 20 seconds
Ability 2: Drain Titan gains a Seraph shield with 130,000hp. Titan fires a Leech- Style link to an enemy and takes 20% of whatever health they have. Any health over maximum hp is transferred to the Seraph shield as bonus health. Titan also transfers 100% damage taken to them based on a Seraph shield. As the shield drains, it's transferred damage drops from 100% to 50%. Duration: 10 Seconds Cooldown: 16 seconds Weapon damage: 5,000 per second Range: 500m
This Titan was an old design of mine, but it's updated a little via new weapon hardpoints and Seraph defense.
It's older than Ragnarok. In game it's meant to clear beacons and win 1v1's.

Chelis Theme: Crawling Titan Class: Titan 800,000 hp 35kph Modules: 4 Attack
Orientation 1: 4 Legs, normal turning, normal rotation, 2 physical shields Weapon Placement 1: 5^ ***4==^***^5
Orientation 2: No Legs(Half Ball), no movement, normal rotation, 1 Built in Weapon Weapon Placement 2: 5^***4@^***^5
Ability1: Ultimate Retribution Type: Secondary activation
Titan switches out 2 physical shields on face for built in gun. Titan gains an absorber shield for 10 seconds and gains built in sniper weapon. The shield charges the weapon up to 400%. Every 1,000 damage is 1% shield charge. The weapon fires 1 bullet, which explodes in a 50 meter radius.
Weapon Range: 1,100m Weapon base damage: 100,000 (Up to 400,000 damage), Defense bypass Weapon style: Trebuchet Duration: 10 seconds Cooldown: 20 seconds
Ability 2: Stronghold Type: switch ability Transformation: 5 seconds (This cooldown and then ability cooldown) Cooldown: 10 seconds
Titan stops moving, legs curl into a hemisphere shape. Gains 100 defense points. Gains Healing pulse every 5 seconds, repairing 5% durability.
Pretty simple. and has a clear purpose: sniping. It's one of my oldest designs as well; not part of the original 6 completed robots but made between that and the 2nd batch. It's actually what I used for the Guardian in the world-building stage of War Robots: Earth. It used to have 4 Alpha slots, so I rebalanced it a bit.

Copycat Theme: None Class: Robot 190,000hp 60kph
Orientation: 2 Legs, normal turning, normal rotating Weapon Placement: 1<-**-^@3-**>1 (Similar to Hades)
Ability: Mimic Type: Tertiary activation (3 activations) Transformation 1: 5 seconds Duration: 30 Seconds, (Cloned ability duration), 10 seconds (overlaps with 30 seconds) (If you have 5 seconds left on the 30 second cooldown this will only have 5 seconds left) Transformation 2: 5 seconds Cooldown: 17 seconds Range: Lock on range 600 meters Lock on time: 10 seconds
During transformation, copycat takes +100% bonus damage (2x damage)
Copycat turns into whatever robot or titan is locks on to. It can only turn into 1 during an ability. It will become their current form, so if they are weak you are weak.
To use another robot's ability, use your secondary activation. There are many types of abilities, so your robot can stay as another robot for 1 seconds after their abilities are reset. If you are a robot with charges you will not reload charges. Switching ability robots like behemoth can only switch to the other mode; when they switch back the countdown starts.
As a Behemoth you can only switch twice, as a Hover you have until you land and no refuel, As a Dash robot you have only your charges, as an Ares you have one ability, and so on.
All weapons are full and work as normal.
All modules are your opponent's; you turn into an exact copy of them for 30 seconds. All amplifications they have are at 0% for you.
Upon ability ending, you have another transformation for 5 seconds before you turn back into your robot.
If the robot has no ability, then you only have the option to leave the robot for 30 seconds.
The Transformation is in link form. It does no damage. Upon leaving you resume all your cooldowns and amplifications.
This robot is meant to mess with everyone. It's essentially a skinwalker. It has no defense, but you do. It can turn into robots and titans alike. Surprisingly, in a 1 on 1, it will most likely die because it can't be the stronger robot forever. I would recommend shotguns, because people are going to try to kill you when you are transforming. This robot needs cover the most out of any other robot. Fortunately you can use your module and then the enemy module you get, so I would recommend phase shift to be safe when transforming and cover when you get out.

Maps will be best suited for both opponents so they have a fair confrontation.
Since I don't know who will win, I will make estimates based on who has the best chance of winning given their general features.
Robot Tournament
Robots: Bahamut, Tatsu, Longinus, Reaper, Ranger, Enforcer, Apollo, Copycat
Round 1: Starts Tournament Bahamut vs Copycat (Shenzhen) (Speed and Power vs Itself) Enforcer vs Reaper (Dead City) (Bastion vs Bastion)
Ranger vs Apollo (Rome) (Shield vs Power at short range) Tatsu vs Longinus (Springfield) (Speed vs Power and range)
(Everything beyond here is an estimate)
Round 2: Decides Top 4 Bahamut vs Enforcer (Carrier) (Speed and Power vs Bastion) Longinus vs Apollo (Powerplant) (Power and Range vs Power at Short Range)
Round 3: Decides 1st and 2nd Bahamut vs Longinus (Dreadnought) (Most likely) Bahamut wins (It already beat Longinus in another scenario 1v1, but I gave Longinus too much credit in that one)
Round 4: Decides 3rd and 4th Enforcer vs Apollo (Shenzhen) (Bastion vs Power at short range)
Round 5: Decides 5th, 6th and 7th, 8th Copycat vs Ranger (Shenzhen) (Shield vs Itself) Tatsu vs Reaper (Castle) (Speed vs Bastion)
Round 6: Decides 5th and 6th Tatsu vs Copycat (Shenzhen) (Speed vs itself)
Round 7: Decides 7th and 8th Reaper vs Ranger (Valley) (Shield vs Bastion)
Round 8: Challengers Tournament Bahamut vs Apollo (Valley) (Power and Speed vs Power at short range) Longinus vs Copycat (Yamantau) (Power and Range vs itself)
Round 8: Challenger Throne Bahamut vs Longinus
Bahamut wins (I hate to admit it but it's just the strongest one here)
Results: (1/1) = wins / lose 1st: Bahamut 5/0 2nd: Longinus 3/2 3rd: Apollo 1/2 4th: Enforcer 1/2 5th: Tatsu 2/1 6th: Copycat: 2/1 7th: Ranger 1/2 8th: Reaper 0/3
Titan Tournament (Will do tomorrow) (Everything beyond Round 1 is an estimate) Titans: Ragnarok, Thor, Ryujin, Soldier, Atom, Anemoi, VVitch, Chelis
Round 1 Ragnarok vs Atom (Carrier) Thor vs Chelis (Dreadnought)
Ryujin vs Soldier (Valley) Anemoi vs VVitch (Abyss)

Man, this thread to crazy! Back when I invented Ranger, Enforcer, and Reaper for previous fan-made equipment threads, I thought I had maybe put in a bit too much effort, but seeing the ideas here lays any doubts I had to rest! There’s no problem in letting the creative juices flow, but these massive posts every day is a bit too much for me, and apparently everyone else as well. There is just a bit too many mental gymnastics needed to add to this discussion I think! I had talked about making my own titan before, but well, I just have not really had any ideas yet and don’t feel like forcing myself to think about it too much. I probably will make it eventually, but I am in no rush and will just post it when the idea comes naturally/randomly. It will be very interesting to see how far this tournament goes on the ideas of one person alone…

I also make new ideas fast and whenever I choose, in full detail and description, and even try to balance them. At this rate, I will be able to keep this up forever.

I probably will make it eventually, but I am in no rush and will just post it when the idea comes naturally/randomly. It will be very interesting to see how far this tournament goes on the ideas of one person alone… For making your own titan, just follow these simple steps: 1. Create a concept. There are a few ways to start an idea. You can improve a current idea, make a completely new concept, add something to a current idea, and so on. I personally find that the best way for me to start an idea is to try to imagine how something would work. Think of something cool. If you have an image of a titan in your head, try to make it real. What does it look like? Is it large, slow and powerful? Does it have a cool ability? Play through it killing people in your head. What does it do? Think about it like a thought. No numbers yet. Picture exactly what you want it to do, and cover the animations first. Lets say you were designing the Minos. This is the phase where you would want something, something that can push people away, and defend itself with something. Try to make both abilities work with the other, or at least have an idea of what it will do. There are many different ways to push something, so this is where you would realize and make it charge. 2. Solidify the concept. Now that you know have the idea or ability that you want it to do, go into specifics. Lets say you were designing the Minos. In this stage, You would make the charge from just a charge to a certain number of pulses, make it a charge ability, and figure out exactly what kind of shield this has and how it would work. You would also make it have the running effect when charging. 3. Simple numbers Now that you know what needs to be done, put a number on everything. Here is a list of things that you may need: Hardpoints: What and how many weapon types can it hold? Hp: Health Defense points: Defense points (May change per mode if you make it that way) List Effects: Any Effects and when they would happen Cooldowns: When the ability runs out Duration: How long is the ability Transformation(s): Any transformation time? (Like Ao Jun's ascend) Transformation(s): List all Transformations (Multiple transformations may each have different timings.) Ability Type: What type of ability is this? Here's a quick list of every current ability type: Activation(Kid's Roast), Secondary Activation(Scorpion, Phantom, Hawk, Ares, Falcon), Switch(Fenrir, Loki, Butch, Behemoth, so on), Second Switch (Heimdall), Charge(Dash bots, Raven), Refuel(Hover), and correct me if I'wrong but I think that's it. You could also add Orientation and Weapon placement, but those are hard for most. 4. Locking down numbers Now that you have some idea of what will happen when you use your abilities, put numbers where they need to be! This stage is where you calculate and balance stuff, like the reflector, the damage per charge, the running speed during charge, and I guess for the Minos that's about it that needs to be locked down. There should be no guessing at this point. Every number not solidified is at 0. 5. Full circle This idea started from a hazy concept. Now that you have a titan, design the looks of your robot. Make sure you cover the general shape of it. Try to give an idea of how large it is, and then paint. This is where you would do weapon placement and orientation, but it's still technically unnecessary. With these simple steps, you should be able to make your titan.

Inevitably Ryujin won the Titan tournament. Thor should have won, but since it already had its advantage given Rome map, it was forced to Springfield, where it could never have won.
Honorable mentions go to Chelis, Anemoi, and Atom for Atom vs Anemoi being the funnest fight and Chelis being the most underrated titan. VVitch also gets a mention because of how different a playstyle it is. Most of them have unorthodox playstyles.
Anemoi pushes stuff away. It has a leaf-blower weapon, and an ultimate pull ability.
VVitch also has a push ability, and acts like a Leech. It can simply take your health.
Atom Dashes across the field and shoots a laser. It can do many maneuvers that no robot can copy. It is very fun to use.
Soldier swaps all its weapons out. It is completely superior in taking advantage of any situation.
Ryujin is basically the god of the sky. Although the name stems from a sea dragon, it rules the sky. It can snipe from a distance, dance around opponents, lay waste to most at mid range, and is an all powerful masterpiece.
Ragnarok is the tormentor of the ground. No tank can stand in its way for long. With its many boosts and bypassing flame weapon that burns the ground, you have to run from it.
Thor is the only thing that can counter and kill Ragnarok; a god of everything. A slow Behemoth that does so much built in weapon damage that it can kill almost everything with one go. You can't kill this on your own. You need a team. This titan could even kill the most recent Sirius Titan, with relative ease.
Chelis is, beyond and past everything, the coolest robot. It's a sniper spider titan. It is the long range dream. An explosive round which can sentence a group to death across the map. The ultimate and true support.

As for the robots,
They are also each unique in their own way.
Bahamut Bahamut is the original dream. Hover 2.0. The robot that started my dreams. The true heir to the Hover. Better in every way, and acknowledging the past for what it was. Bahamut is the robot I want in the game the most. It is free. It is beautiful. It is amazing. For the robot itself past my nostalgia, it is a great robot with balanced weaknesses built in and strengths where it needs them. I spent a long time trying to make this perfect, and I did. It would fit in fine with current war robots. It's actually meant for weaker stuff to kill it. I designed its reactive shield to block less of lesser damage and scale up very fast to protect from harsher damage. Everything is based on the enemy's hp, so it is great against the strong and dies to the weak.
Copycat Copycat is a true Chameleon. It has the built in weakness of being weaker during transformation, and becomes the full hp version of its opponent. It's a very necessary robot for every single scenario.
Enforcer I didn't build Enforcer, but it is a great concept. I won't describe the thoughts on Enforcer, Reaper and Ranger too much in depth because they were not mine. I will say all 3 robots have a special place here. Reaper Ranger
Apollo Apollo is yesterday's tomorrow of beacon defense. Through sheer sonic power it can decimate all who oppose it, as long as they are in short range. besides it's appropriate use of beacon capture, it is purposely weak.
Tatsu Tatsu is the most fun robot I have ever seen anywhere. It flies forever, and skims across the ground when it wants to. It can go anywhere, and fast. But, with only 2 medium weapons and a relatively small health bar, it's weak. If any robot should enter the game for moral support it should be that one.
Longinus Longinus is an overpowered multi-tool robot. Great at short, medium, and long range, it controls the field. Unfortunately for everyone else, it is also a good brawler. It will kill every robot here, except for Bahamut; it's so powerful that it can't hurt Bahamut, so Bahamut has killed it before. Longinus is a robot that hopefully will never exist, and is only an abomination of scary ideas to counter something no one can.

And with this, we now enter the wonderful world of robots vs titans. This third and final tournament will wrap up the ideas and find out which one is the best idea here.
It will be the Top 4 titans against each pair of 2 robots by the place they scored. 1st titan against 1st and 2nd robot, and so on.
The pair will act as a unit and be scored together. If the titan gets a kill it is a point for it, and if the robots kill the titan it's 2 points for them. The titan needs to kill both to win.
Round 1: Decides 1st outcomes Team 1 1st: Bahamut 5/0 2nd: Longinus 3/2 vs Ryujin 5/0
Team 2 3rd: Apollo 1/2 4th: Enforcer 1/2 vs Thor 3/2
Team 3 5th: Tatsu 2/1 6th: Copycat: 2/1 vs Ragnarok 2/2
Team 4 7th: Ranger 1/2 8th: Reaper 0/3 vs Soldier 2/2
Round 2: Decides winning teams or titans (If they are both Titans then they will not fight), same if they are both teams. The winning team teams up with the same side, so if 2 robot groups win they are now a group of 4, and if 2 titans win, they are a group of 2.
Team 1: Ryujin
Team 2: Thor
Team 3: Tatsu and Copycat
Team 4: Soldier
1 vs 2 Merge (Now Team 1)
3 vs 4 Team 3 (Still called Team 3)
1 vs 3 Team 1 wins (No chance at all) OK, so this went quicker than I thought. The teams cannot exist like this. Titans are too good. We have 2 options here. Either allow for 4 robots per team or have the older titans on their side on the team of 2, which no matter what will now be based on survivability. We will do both.
New Tournament, 4 robots vs 1 Titan.
Round 1: Decides initial enemies and eliminates the weak.
Bahamut, Copycat, Longinus, and Ranger (Team 1) vs Ragnarok (Springfield) Team 1 1/0 Ragnarok Eliminated
Apollo, Reaper, Enforcer, and Tatsu (Team 2) vs Soldier (Valley) Team 2 0/1 Team 2 Eliminated
Round 2: Groups merge for survivability.
Team 1 does not merge
Introduce new Titans and merge onto old teams
Team 1 vs Soldier and Ryujin
Thor on standby
Basically no chance Titans win again

I need to design a fair tournament so the robots have a chance to win. Maybe the only way to win is to fight fire with fire, so using the older titans along with groups of 2 robots will surely win.

Bahamut, Copycat and Atom vs Ryujin?
Ryujin is just bigger scarier Bahamut, Copycat becomes Ryujin for 30 seconds, and Atom is decent support?
Basically Ryujin crushes them. It's too good. Especially with Fission and Fusion as weapons. 600 meter range Avalanche style weapons; read on them if you will.
I guess it would be best for all of them if the map chosen for this fight was Springfield. These are all very fast robots, all of the fastest except for Tatsu. In the end, Ryujin is a fast flying tank with deadly rockets and a powerful shield. Bahamut could do a lot to it, and Copycat could really mess it up, but once Copycat transforms back it's dead. Ryujin will be at about 80% health at this point, and will next hunt down Atom. Atom is fast and weak, but they eventually need to recharge. Ryujin will kill it then. It's not like it can hide. about 70% health at this point. Then it will turn its attention to Bahamut, who will put up the fight of its life, and Ryujin will have to play carefully, but Bahamut had its chance. Since neither ever needs to land, Bahamut is the one to fall out of the sky. Ryujin has too much hp for Bahamut to attack, even if it does dodge a lot, but even with extreme maneuverability, it will die first, mainly because of how its reactor shield works.
The only thing that can certainly tango with Ryujin when they are both playing smart is Thor. But, Thor is to slow and only mid range while Ryujin has a sniper that will poach it to death.

I am going to try to make a tournament where the robots win.
Let's start with the previous tournament, but explore option 2.
2 Robots and lower league titan against higher league titan
Teams: Team 1: Bahamut, Copycat, and Atom against Ragnarok
Team 2: Longinus, Ranger, and VVitch against Thor
Team 3: Apollo, Enforcer, and Chelis against Soldier
Team 4: Reaper, Tatsu, and Anemoi vs Ryujin
Round 1 Winners:
Team 1
Thor
Team 3
Ryujin
Round 2: Instead of moving up a level, the teams will merge.
Bahamut, Copycat, Apollo, Enforcer, Atom, and Chelis vs Thor and Ryujin
This is war

Unfortunately, I have to summarize.
Thor kills Enforcer and Apollo, Ryujin kills Atom, they both kill Bahamut, Chelis kills Thor, Ryujin kills Chelis.
It was pretty close. I feel I nerfed Thor and buffed Chelis, but after rereading the stats a few times this was actually pretty accurate. Chelis is actually really powerful. It's almost unkillable in its stationary mode.
Copycat brought Thor to 1/2 health, but Ryujin killed it. Enforcer's reflector and Apollo's song heavily damaged Thor. Atom was a good distraction, but Ryujin killed them. Bahamut was constantly damaging them and eventually became enough of a problem where it took both Titans to kill it. Chelis and Bahamut were the last 2 left for most of it, but eventually Bahamut died, but managed to nearly kill Thor. The only reason Ryujin won after having such a hard time killing Bahamut was because Chelis could not hit Ryujin well enough. Ryujin ended up flying right above it and waiting for it's sniper mode to drop, then kill it with Soar.

The story would have added another third to the length of this 3rd page

Well, since I have nothing better to do at the current moment, I will try to make the robot team have best odds as a 4 robot and 2 Titan team against Ryujin and Thor.

Simulation Begin Bahamut, Copycat, Ranger, Longinus, Chelis, and Soldier vs Ryujin and Thor
*All robots in previous tournament remember what happened and are prepared against it.*
Ryujin and Thor Spawn next to each other, at the broken bridge next to Lower City. All of Team 1 spawns on the Ridge dam, Directly in the middle. Ryujin immediately uses Soar and dashes to the Small City, firing on Chelis. Chelis is not hit because Ranger's shield blocks the attack. Chelis fires back, and misses. Once Soar is over, Ryujin uses Glide to continue it's charge. Bahamut is in the air, and begins to fire on Ryujin, who fires back. Chelis, Soldier, Longinus, Copycat, and Ranger all fire on Ryujin who quickly retreats. Copycat turns into Ryujin and they and Bahamut pursue Ryujin. Thor is out of range to help, and Soldier uses both abilities to suppress Ryujin and do extra damage that bypasses defense, but not the reactor shield. Ryujin is now at 80% health, and back by the farmlands, retreating to Thor. Thor uses Smite (Lightning ability) to attack Copycat and Bahamut. Bahamut's shield activates, and Copycat continues to pursue Ryujin. Thor refocuses the beam onto Copycat, and gets hit by Chelis's sniper round. Thor loses a chunk of health and retreats by moving towards Small City, and out of Chelis's line of sight. Ranger, Longinus, and Chelis have been moving towards the action and are now above Small City, about 100 meters East of the little hill next to Small City, and can hit Ryujin.
I'm going to write in sections so it doesn't delete my work.

Ryujin is now at Farmlands, along with Bahamut and Copycat. Thor has it's ability ready again, but waits for Copycat to run out of time. Copycat uses Soar to retreat into Small City, and it's ability runs out when it hits the ground, in cover. Ryujin and Bahamut are in intense combat, and Bahamut needs to retreat. As it begins to turn around, Ryujin stops firing. Bahamut makes it to Small city before Ryujin uses Soar and Thor uses Smite. It is very close to death, but is now out of range. Soldier Is using Overwhelm and has Battery recharged, attacking Ryujin from 500 meters. Ryujin fires on Soldier, but Ranger's shield is in front of it. Chelis hits Ryujin again while it is in Glide, removing 10% more hp. Ryujin is at 60%. Thor is at the entrance to Small City, next to the hexagon mushroom building. Soldier turns a corner, now face to face with Thor. It fires it's Overwhelm, suppressing Thor for 5 seconds, and activates Battery, and second-activates it. Thor uses Aspis (defense) and fires with Cataclysms on Soldier. Ryujin fires on Soldier, but Ranger blocks it. Ryujin can hit Ranger through it's shield. Ranger begins to back up, but not before reaching 1/2 health. Once the suppression is over Thor uses Smite, and gets Soldier to 30% before it escapes around the corner. Thor took 20% damage from Overwhelm and Battery. Chelis fires on Ryujin, hitting it again. Now no longer guarded by ranger, Ryujin fires on Chelis and Chelis activates stationary mode. Bahamut gets in front of Ryujin's fire, and it's shield activates. Ryujin tries to shoot around but Bahamut keeps blocking all the bullets, making it's shield strong and begins to heal. Soldier retreats to Chelis, who is now on the hill, parallel to the middle of the map. Thor fires on Chelis, but Ranger blocks. Ryujin fires on Ranger, and Ranger is killed.
