Victory is nice, a W is always appreciated, with the meta always being the thorn in your side. My normal “spider pita” style gameplay is one thing that I’ve worked hard to perfect. And to be honest I was so-so with my burning ox. I could pilot it well, but recently put more effort into maximizing its abilities and power. Really digging into smarter gameplay and utilize its potential.
Having said that, we all get that satisfactory feeling when a plan and attack comes together, regardless of the overall game outcome, that overshadows even a spawn raid or death clan encounter. Being able to launch an annoying skyros, then a landing seraph, THEN an angler off carrier in what is becoming a spawn raid in a losing battle is most gratifying. Watching them shoved off into the sunset dropping into the watery depths and having your team watch, then turn to look at you as if to say “job well done” is a badge of honor and an appreciating nod from your fellow smurfs.
It’s the little things that are almost the last of the few things that make this game enjoyable.

Well said and I concur on all points. Executing a nice move to assassinate that annoying hard to kill whatever it is nowadays, getting that tap from a teammate is more rewarding for me than the mostly predetermined win or loss, or wherever I finish in the box score.
Well done on a Minos triple launcher btw, if I witnessed that Id give you TWO Rog bumps.
In my Luchy I stomped-launched a Khep for a nice upper decker over the high edge of dreadnought the other day and just stopped to watch the majesty, didn’t give a toss about the 3 reds still pounding on me from point blank range. I HAD to see the distance on the landing, a respectable 500+, but the HEIGHT!

Poetry in motion.
And the nod from the crew, well that’s enough for me.
Hell, even when I am on the receiving end of a launch like that, I am man enough to give props to that pilot.
I even laugh myself.

Cinder Minos in 6 Pack? Now that’s an interesting prospect…
For real though, it’s good to see you appreciating the smaller stuff in this game, since, well, it’s what you really gotta do at this point to maintain your sanity!

And the nod from the crew, well that’s enough for me. That's it right there chuckles
