Off topic, so mods, pls feel free to move/delete as appropriate...
As we all seem to be agreeing, the game is essentially broken and we are gaming in the last days of Rome. Many of us have stopped spending, I rarely touch my main account - favouring lower league stuff - but even in Gold 3 every match features multiple Seraphs and the like, so...
Where next?
What other mobile games to you play? I've done Mech Arena (at the start, not since pilots came out); I've done Mighty Party. Heck, I may even go back to Clash of Clans or Castle Clash if they are still going.
Otherwise Sudoku and perhaps reading a book again. Who knows?
So please - hit me up with any mobile game suggestions you have played and enjoy.

Do you love monkeys, and balloons?
Well, Bloons TD 6 is pretty awesome. So much to unlock - monkeys and each of their 3 skill trees, heroes, monkey knowledge. Loads of maps and each map has 14 difficulty / challenges.
Best part is the variety of monkey towers and their 3 tiers and how they upgrade and mix with each other. Also, play enough and you can unlock Paragon upgrade for about 5 different monkey classes, which are incredible. And the Vengeful True Sun God monkey is a straight up beast.
So 22 monkey towers, 3 skill paths each, each path has 5 upgrades. 6 Paragon monkeys and Vengeful TSG mentioned. 14 powers you can earn - not particularly necessary but can be useful. 14 heroes - many cost in game dollars to unlock, but you can do this for free with enough play. You earn dollars from completing levels, daily reward box levelling your account.
I think they are 60 maps, and each map has 14 challenges - such as easy, easy with military monkeys only, easy deflation mode, medium with magic monkeys only etc. So main source of dollars Is completing each level. The dollars really do add up quick as you bust through a map.
Every game is different and you can experiment and mix up your tower combos each time. Just pure fun.
Also, daily challenges, challenges made by community, seasonal events, up to 4 player co-op. Graphics and sounds are all pretty awesome too.
All for zero real cash. Maybe I like this game too much, I do spend more time with it than War Robots. Of course you can spend to unlock stuff quicker but why ruin the challenge for yourself.
TLDR - get Bloons TD 6

I recommend monthly trips to Vegas, Atlantic City, or the nearest real gambling Mecca to your particular abode. With a plethora of shows, restaurants, and gambling options each is surely cheaper than this particular vice.

I am considering investing in console gaming instead, however gaming has mostly taken a back seat for me now as I plan and invest in my future and all the stuff I wanna do. But, as mobile gaming goes, I mainly play Call of Duty and Modern Combat Versus (awesome cyborg team based fps).
I 100% agree, War Robots is broken. It is so unplayable I just cant ignore it anymore.

But, as mobile gaming goes, I mainly play Call of Duty When I took my last break, I was playing CODM but even that's gotten pretty stale especially since I prefer BR over the Deathmatch stuff.

「fluffernutter」 mobile games, I went out and got an Xbox and started playing COD. The wife bought me a nice gaming chair to go along with it.
I am getting my 「bum-bum」 handed to me on a daily basis but if I want to spend some money on it then its up to me.
I was good at it like 15 years ago, needless to say A LOT has changed but I wont be dealing with upgrade tokens or 3 days to upgrade something.

Spending time on ninja warrior classes, rock climbing, yoga, running, board games with the family (Catan is highly recommended!), I do an annual Halloween pumpkin sculpture/installment that I got pretty elaborate with this year (with all my newfound free time).... Short of that, the old standbys of sex, drug, and rock and roll are reasonable things to spend your time and money on ...

Homeworld Mobile just came out. It’s got some rough edges, but it has potential.

Galahad 3093 *just* came out with their free version. Note that it is Windows PC only. (Steam) It is a War Robots clone but seems pretty nice to play. I am just working through the tutorials - lots of keyboard commands to remember. This may work for some of you.
As soon as I get wiped out by a MK3 team taking the battle at 5 vs 30, I go practice Galahad. I'm mostly F2P and it is now rare that I have any fun in War Robots; I'm down to one battle a day. I'll keep my account and use Ag stores to upgrade my favorites, but this is just in the hope that Pix will see the light down the road a little.

I downloaded Jackal Squad a few weeks ago as a change of pace. It’s very much like the old school NES game “Jackal.” Pretty fun and not insanely involved.

I totally get where you're coming from. It can be disheartening when a game you enjoy starts to feel broken or unbalanced. Exploring new gaming options sounds like a great idea to keep things fresh and exciting. If you're looking for some recommendations, "Genshin Impact" is worth checking out. It offers a vast open world to explore, with stunning visuals and engaging gameplay mechanics. Plus, it's constantly updated with new content to keep you hooked. And if you ever need a break from gaming altogether, why not unwind with some cool movies to watch? It's a fantastic way to relax and escape into different worlds.

Played War Robots since 2016 and tapped out a 6 months ago. Reason: All of the above. Been looking for a new Mech Game for a while and have tried out a few. Gave MA a try and it was too much of the same thing. Really liked BOT (Graphics, mechanics etc.) but the developers tapped out of the game and it has been static and repetitive. My most recent find is MECH BATTLE. Been playing 3 or 4 games a day for a couple weeks now and I have to say I'm enjoying it. Mech BattlePros: - Good mix of bots from Light, Medium and Heavy with corresponding weapon hard points. They look fine with enough difference to make it visible in game. There are 15 total bots in the game. Heavy bots are pretty slow with high health and you run more heavy guns on more hard points. Light bots are the opposite.
- Weapons similar to the bots with Energy Weapons, Kinetic (MG and Cannons), Missiles and Shields. You can mix and match them as you want.
- Many maps from winter scenes to desserts, tunnels, night time actually a good variety. 9 total maps.
- Game play is also reasonably varied with Capture the Flag, Free for all (last man standing), Team Play and one called Blitzkrieg witch is just this wild brawl. They have clans but have not reached that level yet.
- Upgrading is reasonable with a good "earn per game" and just 3 types of currency. 2 for upgrading bots and weapons. I've moved all my bots to L5 and I'm at L13 (experience)
- Very few mandatory adds though you can watch them to speed upgrades or get some currency. Perfectly fine me.
- Matchmaking and gameplay is pretty reasonable. I get matched against people 4-5 levels +/- mine. You can set the game to involve you with clans or not which is nice. I have never felt like a minnow getting stomped and even playing guys 4 levels above me it seems fair. I feel like my skill (weapons choice, movement etc. is better than average maybe due to War Robots experience. You are always in a mix of skill levels.
- They have a VIP ticket you can buy for $18 which I did after the first week or so which helps with increases loot. It speeds your progress but you could easily get by with out it.
Cons: - Developers appear to have tapped out a few years ago as they are not any recent updates (maybe this is a Pro.)
Games are generally pretty quick with it wrapping up in 5-8 minutes. Some go one a bit longer if you are chasing some light mech all over the map in your heavy. - Graphics are nowhere as good as War Robots. Better than some games I've played for sure. I use a lot of Machine Guns and I have to say the MG sound is great with empty shells falling all over. I'm fine with this as the razzle dazzle in War Robots was one of the reason I dropped it.
- For good or bad there is a lot of Brawling... head to head and just hammering away from 10-50M. I like this! That said lot of nice rockets with homing ability so for sure some dudes hunkering down and pounding from a distance.
- This is a bit subjective and maybe I chalk this up to my War Robots experience but some of the players seem really inexperienced tactically. For example in Capture the Flag they just hang and duke it out rather than getting flags or defending those who do. Lot of idiots in War Robots as well but just feel like the players here are a bit weaker.
Anyway... don't to make this too long. I'm for sure getting my "kill some bots" fun here with out all the BS in War Robots. Give it a try... play some games, upgrade your bots and weapons a few levels. I think you'll find it has decent variety in all aspects of the game.
