Okay so I recently sold one of my DJI drones for FPV. It’s hobby stuff & gaming is a hobby in way to me. So I put some money in the game buying resources like keys, coins, gold, etc etc. I’ve won a bunch of pilots. Today I look & see several of them are missing now. Like just now I was going to put the two girl pilots for the siren or harpy in my siren. They are gone.. oddly when I look at my rewards log for the chest. It doesn’t show me but a few items.

Duckon Qwack has had the same issue. He is a fellow forumite and prominent YouTuber for War Robots. Check his channel you will see the same issue... Fix? Not a clue besides customer service, ATM the company is transitioning to new ownership. But if you ask me? File a complaint it will probably be fixed because new ownership usually like to observe before disturbing the natural order of things, then tweak it after forming an opinion to their own solution.

I used the in game support. Told them what I was noticing. The reply was basically I need screen shots of the stuff I had to show it’s missing. I never have had to take screenshots of my stuff to prove I had it before. Heck I’ve never really had an issue before. So now I’ve made a complete screen recording of my whole hangar & inventory. It burns me up that this has happened & it’s a prove it or else your just sol. I’ve never ever had anything like this happen & I’ve played this game on android for years. Now started over on iOS & have a problem & this is what I get. There must be bugs causing items to disappear or something. Honestly if they would refund what I spent this month getting back into the game & starting over on iOS. I’d delete the game & say forget it. But now I’m invested & burned..not a good place to be.

Your platform provider (google or ios anyway) heve their own refund policy for recent purchases.... if you take what they offer your game will be deactivated almost immidietly. These providers can also show records ofyour purchases ( not specific items won mind you, but that youd did puchase such and such packs. Pixos response to you isnt surprising but, with any proof or logical complaint id bet the provider will issue some form of refund ( they usually limit how long.... like last month ish ..... after that you gotta go after pixo, and they just tell ya to 「fluffernutter」 off....

BTW, id rather you stayed. We need good peeps. Many have found fun on a budget hanger.
Know thy enemmy, and move on.
If u still need a clan u can hang at mine, although we just minnows.... but no requirements or pressure. Come and go as u like.

Well I wouldn’t be so mad but I’ve already been a bit burned. I started back in 2016 or so on android. I have bought android tablets specifically for playing this game twice in those years. So for years I also spent money regularly keeping things current & in some high clans too. I’m talking it added up to thousands of dollars over time. Took a break then moved to an iOS tablet back in 2020 or so. I had always heard they were going to make the game cross platform compatible. Heck I waited for a couple years. Only thing they did was make cross play between operating systems. I was still locked out of my android hangar. When I wanted to come back I asked a few times if they would please merge my android hangar to my iOS account. I felt bad I had spent & supported the game all those years to be left out in the cold sorta. But they said nope we can’t do that. But I know it’s possible because I have a friend they did this for when he moved to play on steam from android. Anyway I went ahead and decided to start over on iOS to start playing again. I put a good bit of money in over about 2 weeks of playing. Buying resources, mk2 deals, keys, coins etc. Then when I noticed a problem. I get the typical response of prove it pretty much. Honestly I figured maybe they would look at my records & see what I’ve purchased & say we should help this guy. Because he’s helping support the game rather than just a free player. Idk why I guess because I have the outlook on life of help people. I expect that to be common place. But maybe it’s just my old fart ways of thinking.
