Radiation Invader

I ran it in about 4 matches and used Nebula a couple times and Ironhearth a couple times. Both worked quite well, and frankly almost want to say the latter did surprisingly better than I expected, but I think this was mainly due to the excessive presence of Harpies and Sirens, and it just shut down their storm effects, which is good, because those storms are a type of Deathmark. Anyways, I dont know what is best drone per say, but those two, Persephone, and a properly stacked Armadillo will all do quite well.

Radiation weapons are fun. Just have the regulars, no SE yet. They piss off seraph and kheps nicely, do great damage to other birds as well. Targeting isn’t great so you’ll have to be smart at what you shoot, especially fast bots. I run mostly nebula drones, with 1 whiteout in the mix. Have a Dillo and patron on standby for the Pink Floyd blindy concert. I’ve gotten better about not brawling with these things, so I jump for high ground if possible, but I keep distance. They have distance so use it for duck hunting.

edit** nebula drones have worked best for me. Really bring out the tankiness of the spider. I love getting to reds home beacon and holding it down, can take a full blast or two from lightning bugs, and maybe hold off another bot or two for a while giving smurfs breathing room. 

I’d try it, if only I had two Blights, sigh…

What about the Persephone drone though? It lacks the mega heal ability of Nebula, but makes up for it a little bit with the constant heal, and the addition of the B chip could really help since firepower is Invader’s weak point. I doubt it would be as good as Nebula, but worth a shot right?
