Is Chilled Vengeance a “freeze” effect, giving my OnHalfFrz-Def chips some potential extra use, or a new type of effect game mechanic?

Is Chilled Vengeance a “freeze” effect, giving my OnHalfFrz-Def chips some potential extra use, or a new type of effect game mechanic? it is a frozen vortex, so yes your chips will benefit!! edit: the thing is, I don’t personally see the value here if the MS only has the two slots; people more than likely will not choose this over Orion or Northlight. I mean, a slowing effect from a freezing blast is nowhere near as ridiculous and devastating as two Gravity Amps on Orion |

Fainter was underwhelming. Little to no damage, even with 4 on a Typhon, although lockdown accumulation and reload time were very fast. They do remind me of medium Vipers. I could see the two being mixed, one has lockdown one has corrosion.

I think this’ll just follow the standard curve of underwhelming on first test server pass so everyone complains and says add more power. Next test server it’ll be overpowered just ahead of release and pix won’t correct the second version, releasing another OP weapon into the wild. that said, while the radiation weapons are brutal as a mid-range sniper build, they do lack something in brawl confrontations, so it is not awfully overpowered. They seem to be getting a bit better. Not perfect by any stretch, just not Smuta level out of whack. |

With only 2 Turrets and so many and OnFreeze, HalfFreeze and FreezeImmune chips, I see this one getting very limited adoption.
Now, if the Titan’s CV attack is MORE than just Freeze, all bets are off.
