Yamantau is Hover paradise and Raven heaven. Longest flight from one end to the other to grab the far beacon. Triple jumps to grab the centre beacon in an instant.
Dreadnought was Hover paradise and heaven. Rising to the top and back at will. But tons of magic bot can do that makes piloting moot. And the green rings orange rings makes piloting moot.
Yamantau will be equally dead. Don’t miss it.
R.I.P.

Getting a Rog onto the top of the covered walkway and raining down holy Orkans onto the reds... Rog can get into so many weird places that aren't natural - my favourite used to be running over the center pipes in Castle It was a shame when they stopped you going out onto the propellers in Carrier, although I seem to recall some people getting stuck in there I know it wouldn't work now, but this map could put a dent into Luchy, Lantern/Glitterbugs, etc because 600 m isn’t squat on the ‘tau. But tactically w Seraph, Telly Rev, Super Khep trains, orbital strikes, this could be a massive strategy/position map. Yes, I'm thinking exactly this. I found it always the most challenging in terms of tactics. Thing is, with all the latest gear it will never be the same now anyway. The Khepris, Seraphs and Luchadors will ruin the holy territory. I'm not so sure about Seraph as there isn't (or wasn't) a lot of cover to stop people shooting up at you. It's a bit like Canyon in that regar: once you're up in the air, you're game for almost anyone/everyone. Natasha with Noricum/Zenit was a thing with Yamantau. Now it's all about magic weapons.

Thing is with Seraph, it is pretty much invincible in the air. Mine gets shot down a lot. I've shot a lot of them down too. But I'm not playing Mk3/Champions. I really wish the game would stop being shaped around issues in Champions, like they could just turn of Mk3/Mk2 or something and reduce every 'bot to "normal" levels of defense, etc. I'm sure if you have the right set of drone chips it is, but today almost anything can become invincible with the right drone chips. To discourage you from flying too much, if you launch OS while flying, you don't get the benefits - you've got to be landed, which is a bit average.

I have all purple tier drone chips, and my Seraph still survives ages. The only thing that can kill me is another Seraph. As for the Orbital strike thing, I use Northlight, and if I activate it while I'm in flight I get full bonuses. I have no need to land, I am up in the air as soon as I can.

Solution to making everyone vulnerable: remove higher leveled equipment from the game. Champion is the place to be. Never a dull moment, there is always something going on. Sure, there are bad time, or hackers, but it's the same in any league. Removing higher leveled equipment would make the game boring, and would flood lower leagues with Pro players who would instantly have an advantage over inexperienced players. Some people want to have the challenge of one tough player to focus on or take out, it's just part of the game. That is why the league system is there - it puts people where they are supposed to be. I don't agree with how it does it, but it works in its own way. I prefer Champion because you can make bots more tanky and harder to take out. You end up staying in them longer, and you can enjoy playing it more. In lower leagues, you can die really easily to a silly mistake or tanker.

I'm surprised Pix doesn't finish Yam. It would help them sell range builds.

I'm surprised Pix doesn't finish Yam. It would help them sell range builds. If you look at the prizes for this event, #2 - Prisma, #12 - Prisma, #13 - Prisma, #15 - Erebus. To me, that kinda looks like they're trying to encourage people to have long-range builds and be ready for The Return of Yamantau
