Over time I've been leveling Titans/weapons when the sales are on.
Soooooo...
When the buff happens I already have 3 of those flame-bomby things for my Sharanga to try out. Why not, right? So sue me if they stink but I'm gonna go out in a glorious ball of fire!

Those were the initial build on my Muro and may find their way onto a Nodens. Perfect weapon for a bot who is supposed support from the sidelines! They just haven’t been powerful enough to be useful. A 20% buff on the Kistens would be pretty huge. I almost leveled some more (2 more for Nodens) at the last sale, but I am going to wait until the changes are officially live.

The problem with them is not the damage output but the 「dookie」ty inaccuracy of the shots coupled with the purple shields popping up every few seconds to block damage and the insane speed that most bots have these days, plus stealth, aegis and blinding weapons. They also have a stupidly long reload time.
Short story long.... They suck.

So many better options, I think even retaliators/vengeance would be better overall against a wider range of bots. |

It bypasses arthur shields is kinetic and is mid range double shot aphids Arguably the best burst damage and def best per shot |

Shooting at slow moving objects..... titans fit that bill. |

I run a maxed Murometz with maxed Kistin and Bulava. It will take out most bots in 1 or 2 hits. As mentioned above it is devastating to Arthur with only physical shields. As noted above any kind of shields are problematic as they are rockets. You can rotate the fire so the first salvo takes down the shields and the second hits the bot. Takes some timing for sure. Remember as well that not all shields protect 100%. Flying Weather Chickens when in flight will still take some damage from a full salvo. On the ground they are a one shot kill.
Shields are definitely a problem and you do have to time your shots or take down the shields first. Remember as well Kistin and Bulava are getting a 20% and 15% Buff respectively. That is not a small increase.

I was amongst the first players to run maxed Bulava Kisten Muro and wrote a whole piece on it here in the forum. They can certainly be deadly, but as they are in current state of the game (7/22), I find them to be less efficient than other weapons, so unless the buff is the magic they need, I wouldn’t recommend Ollie spend all his pt maxing 3 Bulava. They're certainly a lot of fun and can access some targets better, but overall the situation with shields and extreme durability should give pause for serious consideration |

I mean, if you don’t have an issue just buying pt deals three Bulava is not a worthless investment. I’m just saying at the moment they are really frustrating to use. |
