White out drone is now up in the "Operations Menu", It is Operation "D". I believe it is a great deal to get the latest drone even though most of the Mod Chips are Tier3. It does come with 1 Tier4 Mod Chip. Of course no "Operations" items are without the necessary grind. With that in mind, those that "don't mind the grind" will find themselves in for a treat. I suspect it's quite a tool for the likes of Scorpion. Yes, this $15 for the operation looks cheaper/easier than me getting lucky with Event Coins.

Oliver Kloesov I weirdly been seeing it on Loki. Not sure how to plural that, but it is a troll. Also, been seeing it on Orochi as well. I'm pretty sure the "usual suspects" are running them as well i.e. teleporters (Scorpion, Revenant, and Phantom).

It was super effective at first when no one knew how it functioned. But I now watch for the teleporters and ensure I hit my Mender Heal or whatever other critical ability I need before they arrive. If I didn't have it available when they arrive, then the EMP is really not a big deal (or didn't make a huge difference). Someone recently posted about the Glider, which sounds like a better option for D-chip users. I am currently not running any D-chip drones because I don't have any viable D-chips. This operation could change that. Even if I don't use whiteout, I could use the chips. |
