For the first time in all my years playing War Robots, I somehow managed to land myself in the Low Priority Queue. The reason given was for either not playing or leaving the game early. Well, Pixonic, let me ask you: when a game starts yet YOUR system doesn’t allow me to spawn, what am I supposed to do? Sit there for 10 minutes watching a game I can’t participate in? Of course I’m going to leave the game “early”. IT WON’T LET ME IN!!!
This inability to spawn has been an ongoing problem for me. The game will often produce a map but not allow me to get into any of the spawn points; will not produce a map at all; or will drop me into a game yet my robot isn’t visible and, therefore, unplayable (and, of course, it dies, thus hurting my team). Pixonic usually says it’s my Internet connection, but I have a newer, high-speed, very stable network and none of my other devices show any kind of connectivity problem. I suppose it’s MY Internet connection that is also responsible for the game lags that so many players complain about???
I submitted a report through the helpdesk and have yet to hear back from the company. Just wondering if any of my fellow pilots have found themselves in a similar position and, if so, how long it took to get out of the LPQ.

Never been in LPQ, but definitely been in the inability to spawn situation. That sucks.

Been getting it for while now and quite regularly and assume it`s something that they must be aware of as have heard many players saying they have had it. At the start, map loads but no hangar appears to select bot and have to quit the app or eventually it will come up with the option to return to hangar. And also during game, when you die and select next bot to drop it doesn`t drop and takes several goes of re selecting it or a different one before it eventually drops.

That last one happens to me a lot. You have to go into change robot like 10 times for it to register.

That button is grayed out and stays grayed out for the entire game. There is literally no choice but to either sit through the game until it ends or leave early. I’ve done both, yet Pixonic punishes me nevertheless.

It happens all the time when I am a passenger on family trips - so much so I stopped playing on car trips to avoid being flagged by teammates. Are you noticing it at specific times of day when your local Wi-Fi may be heaviest taxed? If the Wi-Fi is being split across many user the signal will degrade and the game requires massive data to run properly. This can be affected at the community level as well if your overall infrastructure isn’t super strong or is heavily utilized.

I noticed a lot of lagging in the game since Friday, with Saturday being the worst. I actually started wondering if something was going on due to the situation in Ukraine. Regardless of the reason, I tried over and over again to get into games but to no avail. The next thing I knew I was in the LPQ.

How do you know you are in it? Long wait time to battle? Or worse (than usual) matchmaking? Do they send you a note or something?

I just realised how insulting the name of the queue is.
Low priority.
You are now a low priority to PIX.
Worm!
Sorry to hear your news, OP. I've had a few warnings because I've rage quit. I know I shouldn't, but I'm full of ... rage when it happens. The bendy bullets really get me. Literally and figuratively. Sometimes I get warnings and I honestly have no idea why. Like,I can't fathom how it happened. Clearly enough people reported me for being inactive, but honestly can't relate it to recent matches.
Ah well, is it as bad as it sounds?

How do you know you are in it? Long wait time to battle? Or worse (than usual) matchmaking? Do they send you a note or something? I received no warning. I just noticed that when I went to play a game on Sunday, the only two options were skirmish and domination. A small banner appeared at the bottom of the screen saying “You are in the low priority queue. The waiting time may be longer.” That day I was able to click on the banner and it gave a further explanation that I was put in the LPQ for either inactivity during the game or frequent early leaving. The option to see that explanation went away when skirmish did. Now if I try to play a game, it automatically tries to put me into a domination match.

It would’ve been nice to receive a warning but they didn’t even give me that. I tried once afterwards to get into a domination match but it was taking forever so I gave up. We’ll see who the low priority is when I stop playing and, even more importantly to Pixonic, stop giving them money!

PRECISELY! That’s the problem I would encounter the most. Sometimes it will actually generate the spawn map, but no matter how many times I press on the locations, it never puts me into the game.

I submitted a report through the helpdesk and have yet to hear back from the company. Just wondering if any of my fellow pilots have found themselves in a similar position and, if so, how long it took to get out of the LPQ. After several days of waiting to get a response from Pixonic, I finally did and, as you can see from their reply below, it’s as if they never even read my report! And as far as trying to play God knows how many games of domination to get back into the normal queue goes, they’re out of their minds if they think I’m going to wait 15 minutes or more per game. (15 minutes was the last wait time I experienced and I still hadn’t gotten into the game so I gave up.) I’m just going to play (and give my money to) another game. Pixonic’s idiotic (and likely) automated reply: Hello! Please accept my apologies for such a late reply. Unfortunately, our response times have been impacted due to the incoming volume of tickets. We’re trying to get through them as quickly as we can. According to our system logs, you've been dropped in the low priority queue for one of the following reasons: - You left many matches whether before the start or in the middle of the battle; - You stayed idle during the match and didn't contribute to team’s victory; - You experienced connection problems or crashes way too often – sad but true. In order to return to the general matching queue you just need to play your matches from the beginning to the end. It is not necessary to win battles or hit top positions in the battle result lists, just do not leave battles. The more fair matches you play, the sooner you will return to the general queue and will be matched according to your league. Kindly note, players from LPQ can only be matched with other players from the same queue, you may experience long matching because the number of people in the queue is lower. Try to play in a different time of a day to get matching faster. If you have any other questions or concerns about our game, please, do not hesitate to contact us. Have a good day!

Hopefully the bug gets resolved with the update and you can play again!

Rage quitting has put thousands in LPQ before reporting systems… JS,, K? Was there a few times a few yrs ago when traveling, living in hotels for 2-3 weeks at a time. Got dropped so many times I couldn’t even complete/ upload my work. Some places/ nights were great.. next three days in BFE? Even top of the line iPhone hotspot w killer iPad, trying all tricks, no bueno. (Funny thing is, didn’t matter if it was a Marriott or Motel 6)
Keep quitting, you’re gonna drop. Only way out is grind w good connection, and squad seems to speed it up..
Some hotels are DOPE for a getaway or to party or a vacation. But for all you who’ve never been “on the road” before for weeks at a time, away from friends, family, favorite restaurant, your boo, and comfy bed,,,, it’s not as glamorous as it seems. Really. Oh, and the wi-fi is usually ok, but for gaming? Not so much.
Good luck..

OP, squad or wait for the skirmish on the weekend. But then again what’s the point as you will have the same issue.

I just waited for an hour to get into an LPQ domination game and was given the message that my account was in use by another device. Totally not true! Something is seriously wrong with their system and the players are being penalized for it.
