Freakiest thing I know a dog did - we went out to watch fireworks on a New Years Eve - came back in and my daughters dog not only climbed on the kitchen island and ate a loaf of bread but it also urinated in the bag. Not a drop on the counter. We still joke about it every New Years.

One Christmas we made string popcorn and unbeknownst to us our dog ate one of the strands. A couple days later there’s a bit of string hanging out his butt which my Dad steps on and the dog walks away, unspooling 3 feet of string. That same dog ate a box of crayons, discovered when we found very vibrant poo.

Was gonna make several pans of lasagna for holidays few yrs ago, so had like 4-5 pounds of mozzarella in grocery bags in the truck. Had the 3-4 mo old Great Pyrenees puppy w me and had one more quick stop. Got home, no mozz. Just wrappers. Coulda killed that lil devil, but him lookin at me sideways in pain while doing his business for the next few days was punishment enough. Poor guy

We had a white boxer named Wally. His favorite treat steal was my legos. Had to pick up multi colored poop on a regular basis. We finally put them in a locked box to fix the problem.

Our dog used to eat my daughter’s hamster bedding. It made rainbow colored logs. Same color as it when in.
