Mk3 Hellburner 5% durability skin Mk3 Ecu Mk3 Ember/Glory/Thunder/Exodus/Bane/Glacier Last Stand, Nuke Amp, Overdrive Unit Adrian with following skills: - Knight Errant - Destroyer - Road Hog - Armor Expert - Deft Survivor - Raider Gunsmith - Invulnerable Raider Barrel drone with following chips: - Suppressor = 75% damage reduction - x2 T4 On Repair Unit: Damage = +70% - T4 On Repair Unit: Defense = 80dp The Ecu blocks a tremendous amount of enemy fire and debilitating effects, allowing you to close the distance safely on beacons and targets, and allows you to safely omit Anti Control mod so you can stack damage mods. Some say Barrel is trash because it has no shield chip, but we’ve done just fine for a long time without needing energy shields; you trade energy chip for a big badabooom, and you occasionally have the Aegis turret from Mother. Altogether, an excellent and very fun build.

Invulnerable Raider is an interesting choice for a skill, I feel that the beacon skills are kinda bad because they are somewhat difficult to activate and take advantage of. As an example, I spun a high level Raider Mechanic for my Loki, which I initially kept, but then spun for a different skill after playing a few battles and barely feeling the effects of it. Do you really find a lot of success with the skill with your bot?

Are you telling me beacons are hard to cap with a fast mech lmao

I know Hellburners are fast, but I am surprised they can keep up with mk 3 Orochis and jumping Shells, because those bots reach some insane speeds. Plus, I personally do have trouble being able to cap beacons on a whim, even with a bot like Loki, though that I think is really just due to equipment levels. I do not mean to question your confidence with Hellburner, I just am inquiring about something I do not quite understand.

Yes, having more defense points gives staying power (combat longevity), and that lets you guard a beacon and activate more booms. But like I said, IR is not a must-have skill, especially when you can get way more defense points from square drone chips On Repair Unit: Defense….

079 In fact, to make my point, the most effective most difficult to kill Hellburner build I’ve run was using the Persephone drone with On Mild Damage: Absorber, 2 On Repair Unit: Defense, and 1 On Repair Unit: Damage. I even had people message me in discord chats and privately to tell me what a pain in the butt my Hellburner was!

Fun thread, thanks for sharing your thoughts and build recipe. I'd like to build a Hellburner but, "So many bots, so little Ag." ѻﻭɼﻉ
