I do not own any T4. Hope to craft soon but major problems getting chips.
I made 9 t2 circle chips. Guess what? Casino is rig. Not 1 good effect chip. Ended up with same random junk I start with. Hoping to craft suppression. No luck but we know there is no luck involve.
