So now the new turrets have been out for a while, what are people's thoughts? 130k aegis shields everywhere or 130k damage from the monarch blasts. The only "good thing" about them so far is that the damage is healable so it is not fully greyed out on the health bar. I wonder if this is by design or by accident? Curious to know if the blast also affects physical shields because it does affect aegis and health of a bot Yeah, turrets cranked them to 11. The garden variety Dreadnoughts from budget players are the same, but the Monarchs are even worse thanks to the new turrets. Not only is their damage worse, but the shields they spawn are just insane (same for Mantis). Honestly, the mega shields are more annoying to me than the damage! Though I cannot specifically recall, I do think that mothership blasts effect physical shields.

Did they silenty "fix" the multiple players on a beacon triggering the motherships faster? I'm noticing my maxed out Mantis MS is "only" getting 19% per beacon captured even of there are multiple team mates on it at the same time.

I concur, even though it stinks a tiny bit, I’m happy to see it go. Makes motherships a little less overbearing on the battlefield!

About the same time that the number shows for new boosters. Had seen MS blasts within ten seconds some games. Hasn’t happened since though. Nice if it was fixed, as getting blasted while the blue team all sits on the home beacon was tough.

Teleporters, yes, and same with damage-reflecting shields, but I disagree on motherships (at this point). The orbital strikes are not that powerful, but used strategically can take out damaged campers. I don't feel like I'm just getting pummelled by them. Pixonic did okay with this rollout. agreed…motherships are the least of their crimes

Zap. I'm a big boy! Not sure what is worse- that, or the guy hopping into a mk 3 Sonic Shell/Scorpion with the sole intention of killing you. Sure, sometimes they do not reach you, but sometimes a fast death is better than dreadfully awaiting the inevitable.

Just read the patch notes (took me a little while to read them this time), turns out Pixonic did indeed think rapid mothership charging was a bug.

If I kill you, you'll be in a bot and I'll be in a bot too. I don't piss on my enemies but I do pity them sometimes.

I'm losing 80% of my health if unable to clear the ring. Cue the hamster wheel crowd to tell me maxing bots is the only way.

Had the maxed out Dreadnought, which I tried using on landing flight robots, or teleporting back scorpions, but just not enough zap for the Pov Pack Standard Issue. I managed to snag 10000 components for the Mantis, couple this with the already, underpowered model in the hanger, I have nearly maxed out the Mantis, which had been more useful then Dreadnought. Great with the Ming.

Great with the Ming. I have switched to Mantis. Monarch was good to take out injured bots but too many times players can phase shift or avoid the blast so I'd rather use the health boost and aegis, especially since bots are getting higher and higher health pools, the healing is no joke. *Edit. Ravana is slowly becoming my go to bot again due to its ability to avoid multiple monarch blasts and buy time against orochis and fafnirs.
