I am one loss away from starting a challenge to stay in Gold3. Just lost 3 in a row, and I see myself outclassed so will probably lose the next one too. Or I can just not play until tomorrow, and stay in Gold3, but then I will lose one daily mission and its gold! Questions:
Season ends, what will happen? IOW, does it matter if I am in Gold3 or Silver1? I have a feeling I want to be in Gold for some bonus reward, but is there any official or unofficial info on this?
If I keep on losing, do I effectively drop to Silver3 when challenge starts, or when it ends and I fail it? That is, do I need to stop playing now, before drop challenge starts, or is it "safe" to play at least 5 more games (one which starts the challenge, 4 challenge games where I try to get back above the Gold3 lower threshold)? Those 5 games should allow me to complete 1 daily mission... I hope.
TL;DR: League season ends. Should I ensure I stay in Gold3 for season end even if it costs me one daily mission, or should I just keep playing even if it means I drop to Silver1?

I'd keep playing and not worry about it too much hyderierThere's a minimal increase in end of season reward for Gold III over Silver I. No impact, no idea if being in the middle of a 5 game challenge set effects where you'll start at next season. Probably doesn't matter too much long term, anyhow. Edit: And of course, as my advice is generally suspect, wait for someone who actually knows what they're talkin about to chime in ?

hyderier It all depends on what happens with leagues: IF: league qualification lets you re-earn every league reward higher than where you qualify (unlikely) THEN: it is better to drop leagues IF: You only get gold one time for advancing to a higher league, and qualification is just a one time payment for where you currently are at the end of each month (likely) THEN: it is better to stay as high as possible before qualification My best advice is: don't play again until qualification starts. Stay in Gold 3. General Consensus is that you can only move up/down one league in qualification. If you start qualification in Silver 1 you might end up in Silver 2 if you have a few bad matches during qualifier. Essentially you would lose 10 gold (and a bunch of league points).

I think I'll chance being in dropping challenge, and get one daily done... I'll write what happens tomorrow.
Besides, maybe evening matches will be more gentle than in the morning, and I'll easily stay in Gold... One can hope.

You can have up to 5 dailies going at once so it isn't a big deal if you take a day off. Best of Luck to you!

Try to get gold 3. You get more gold when the season ends even if you drop back to silver next season.

Well, I'll be. Much easier in Gold3 now than in the morning. Actually easier than in Silver1 in ages: I got top damage from 2 out of 3 wins. Now I'm quite comfortably in the league, not playing more tonight, just waiting for the presumed qualification matches tomorrow... And hopefully, finally a 2nd Orkan after that. I'm quite happy with War Robots right at this moment

Well, got 80 gold for finiahing in Gold3, got 0 Gold for staying in Gold3. Regular play resumes now.
(Except for one pesky light bot mission for 40 gold, which I'll finally tackle now...)
