Last season was not good for me. Since returning just over 3 months ago, I’ve made many improvements to my gear. Despite that, the bulk of battles has been against Masters level players....I started last season 26 cups away from E1 challenge, and ended 16 cups away from dropping into E3 challenge.......so, I can only conclude my gear is in some limbo area where MM makes me work very, very hard yet not be able to place high enough consistently to advance....and losses result in big cup losses. I know it is not important what league I am in, but damn....I look at other players in my league(E2), and their gear sucks! Yet, here I continue to drop and struggle.
So, screw it! Time for fun, and lots of new gear to level and changes to my lineups.....
I am hoarding Pt for the next Titan upgrade discount to get Nodens in the game, so any advice about the best way for that would be cool. Same for my hangars....comments and suggestions most welcome.

I'd use the first Hangar and trade Hades for Tyr. Once you can MK2 bots and/or weapons you will climb again. If you were able to level your Nodens, that would be a big help...but all this takes time

Noodles is a priority when the next discount Pt upgrade hits.....I’d like to replace my baby Arthur, and get some variety going.
My third hangar is window dressing, just having fun playing dress up mostly. No way I could make 3 hangers, lol
1 is short map brawling, 2 is open maps and occasional TDM.
Some of my angst is how much more leveled compared to other E2 players, yet I still slide way down hewn I am close to challenge for E1. However, it seems since remastered one must go green to get to Masters....still not used to that having 1700 winged cups with a much weaker hanger, pre remastered......I’m also losing interest in spending $$$$$ but not advancing, so I’m working on getting my mind wrapped around being in E for the duration of this game. Not really a big deal or anything, just making mental adjustments and focusing on fun, and closing my wallet.
Oh...Hades never leaves, and both Hades sometimes in H1. I just swapped Ao Jun and Tyr, and Ao Jun back to Calamities......in fact, Ao Jun is one of my least fav bots, but still has some uses......

Once you realize the only way to advance quickly is to crack the billfold, it’s time to stop spending especially since it gets more expensive with every update and you’ll never catch up. I’m not against spending a few bucks here and there for a bot that Sparks Joy, but when you feel you need to buy resources to expedite upgrades in order to compete with leagues you easily surpassed months ago, you have to reevaluate your goals. I dropped out of Champs during the rework and I’ve been bouncing around Masters ever since. I’ve accepted this is where I’m going to be. I’m just going to make the best of it.
Yeah, I would’ve swapped out the Ao Jun too, but there are a lot of people who swear by them. Tyr, Phantom and Hover are three bots that will always remain in my Hangar. The criteria are fun, agility and versatility. As I upgrade further, they just keep getting better.
I would suggest focussing on one hangar if you want to progress up to Masters and beyond. I'd swap the Tyr for the Falcon in hangar 1 and try that. Maybe work on some better weapons for the Phantom - build an igniter and pull the blazes from your Blitz.
This is my label. There are many like it, but this is mine.
I can’t fly, but I can jump like a mofo!

Straight up bro ... keep everything at that exact level and just enjoy the gameplay.
I'm on the edge of E1 and M3, and literally as soon as that Masters promotion comes ... the gear and bots instantly change. Skillz meh, I've seen some crazy good lower level players who just decide not to spend, but you'll start getting matched with Champs folks and at that point your just competing with gear.
All ready there, brother!
Started this thread which took me thru the process of accepting things as they are, and realizing lower league is better, anyways.
